I love smoked salt, and I love it in flake form. Maldon is renowned for its quality, and this salt consistently delivers. It adds the perfect amount of smoke flavor without overwhelming a dish. I love the flaky texture more than any other type of salt. It's versatile and has many uses. My Whole Foods claims to carry it, but since it's never in stock on the shelves, I order from Amazon.

A lovely, genuine smoke flavor. Not too intense but perfectly pleasant. It dissolves easily and seasons beautifully without overpowering the food. Will definitely adding this to my regular spice assortment and will be sharing it with others.

Don’t be shocked by the size. I was (it was much smaller than I thought it would be), but after tasting it I wasn’t mad about the size. It was well worth the price! Soooo good! It makes anything taste nice and smoky! A little goes a long way!
