No.. I wouldn't recommend it.. it has room for a laptop and tablet in 1 compartment. The middle will be extremely tight.. u can if that's the only thing u r carrying.

What is the inner depth of the main pocket? Will it fit a 5 inch thick camera case?

Haven’t tried but this model also comes in a 3 pocket version.
