Even better than I thought!
I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled after wearing and enjoying this watch for a couple of days. The photos on amazon don't do it justice as the brushed gray dial is beautiful and really makes the black sub-dials pop. The applied markers and overall quality and look of the dial and case are astounding for such a budget watch (it was around $130). Of course all of the other qualities of an Orient brand watch are here - the chronograph works great and is easy to work and read and the quartz movement (I think its solar as well) will, I am sure, be very accurate. The steel bracelet is fine but, as you can see from the pics, I have it on a single stitch leather strap and it looks great. At a "strapaholic" 22mm lug width this watch can go with a large variety of straps. Very highly recommended especially at the current listed price.

Beautiful panda watch!
I wanted to add a chronograph watch to my collection so I have done my due diligence in research. The Orient Panda was my choice and I do not regret it. The watch looks really nice in person and yes, it is a strap monster. It really shines with a rally leather strap. Other reviewers who said they are returning because the hands do not align properly on the markers do not know that it is easily adjustable, which I myself have done upon receiving it. I also appreciate the fact that it is a solar powered mecha-quartz watch, that I don't have to worry about battery for a long time. I think Orient has done a really nice job with this watch!

Great daytime piece for a fantastic price
One of my favorite pieces. Keeps great time, looks wonderful, and will be maintenance-free given the solar power cell. The grey dial was a less expensive option, but personally I think it looks great up close. As others have mentioned, it flashes silver depending on the angle, and the polished steel rings on the sub-dials catch glints very nicely. Rolling your wrist over sees the different facets of the design flare up in succession, giving it some visual punch. The white chapter ring really contrasts powerfully; there’s no extraneous information to pollute the face. No WATER RESISTANT like so many of their other offerings… “10Bar” instead, which I find classier. The steel bracelet was just ok — I replaced it with a gray and black NATO strap that wears well, completing the we-have-Omega-at-home vibes.Must deduct a star for readability — the low-light performance is particularly bad… better/more lume would really set this piece off great, but perhaps it was a conscious decision based on price, and I can live with the compromise. It’ll be a forever piece, and if I had to choose three of my current collection this would make the cut easily.

Holy Crap this watch is spectacular
This watch looks amazing. It is super high quality and I am now a big fan of this brand. It's got a lot of details. It's absolutely stunning. I will be buying the diver of this brand soon.

Beautiful Chronograph
I love this watch! The dial is beautiful, classic and unique. My only complaint is the strap it comes with is very cheap (but that's ok because I was planning on changing it out anyways), so I bought this Milanese mesh strap that suits it very well.It goes well with formal/business and casual outfits.

Incredible value panda dial
Very well finished watch. Solar quartz is reliable and accurate, but the best part is the 22mm lug width. This watch looks great on leather straps, nylon/sailcloth, or NATO - the original bracelet is fine but different straps/bands make for a wide variety of looks.

Great watch, terrible bracelet
The watch itself is very pretty and but somewhat hard to read since the hands blend in with the dial or cover the chronograph sub dials, its also pretty heavy. This is all fine but what really made me disappointed in the terrible quality bracelet. Is extremely light, which make it heavy watch case even more prominent. It just feels so flimsy and cheap but i soon replaced it with a leather strap which made the watch much more enjoyable
