Perfect for my diffuser

Was excited to get this for making my tiger tail ice cream. The anise was solid. I had to dig out what I needed. It tastes good in the ice cream but I thought it was supposed to be a liquid. It has a date of 2027 on it so I would think this shouldn’t be the case. Going to try to heat it up and bring it back to liquid since I have used some of it and probably can’t send it back.
