I believe that products are good, since we tried the product previously and that was the only reason we ordered it again, even though the price is quite high. But how it was delivered and we received it is unacceptable. I never received any products this way, the outer packaging is damaged, the product was unattached to the box, box was broken and opened…

My hair has been shedding terribly for the past few years. I’m 47 and have always had incredibly thick, coarse hair. In the past year the amount of shedding and thinning began to alarm me and I knew I had to do something. I’ve been purchasing lots of products to prevent the hair loss with no noticeable differences. I bought this with no real hope that it would help and fully expecting to have to see a doctor at some point. Two days into using this I noticed a decrease in shedding. One week in and I am loosing almost no hair at all! I use it every day whether I wash my hair or not. I would recommend this product a thousand times! It works!! I’m overjoyed!!!

This product has made a noticeable difference to my hair. Less shedding and increase volume. Pricy, but it works.

I’m really disappointed with the new formula. I’ve used this product for a long time and always loved how the previous version made my hair feel—light, soft, and full of life. Unfortunately, the updated formula is completely different. After using it, my hair feels flat and weighed down, with no volume at all. It also leaves my hair slightly tangled, which never happened before. The biggest issue for me is how it feels on my scalp; it caused noticeable itching and irritation, something I never experienced with the old formula. I don’t understand why the brand changed something that was already working so well. The previous formula was perfect for my hair type, but this new version has been a major letdown. I really hope the company considers bringing the original formula back.

Have been using this just over a week and amazed how good it is. I have definitely noticed my hair isn’t falling out as much as it used to and my scalp feels less itchy. I haven’t noticed my hair is thicker yet but it’s early days and I have only been using half of the stated amount that you are supposed to use, just so I can make it last longer. I will keep using it every day and probably buy more. Only thing I’m not fond of is that the bottle is made of a breakable substance so I’m trying to be careful I don’t drop it when I’m using it.

Dissapointed as didn’t notice a difference in my hair density. I’ve used this on my hair parting for a few months and not seen any change. A lot of money spend on a product that hasn’t worked. Also felt like my hair was left greasy from the first day of washing and left a “dusty” white residue. Don’t waste your money!
