My limited research showed that Emmakites ships quality products. I am not an expert, but as far as I can tell it is nice quality. It also arrived in a timely fashion. It is shipped from China (which is explained in the checkout and I knew). The checkout stated it would take 3 to 5 weeks but it only took 10 days from the order date to arrive. I would order again. Update: I have now used this swivel and it does in fact actually swivel nicely in actual use. Other swivels that have come with other kites will spin when you manually rotate them, but I have not really noticed them spinning in actual use. But this one does. I plan on ordering the other size swivel.

Excellent low-friction spinner, far better for kite work than a fishing snap-swivel.

I used this on a large kite. Held up well for the whole time. These are handy as it makes the the strings less tangled when recoiling the string. And you can unhook to swap kites.

Excellent and easy to attach clips that worked great on all my kites. They require two hands, one firmly grasps the lower loop swivel, and the other can release the hook. The swivel works great and is very important because it prevents the line from twisting.

Great swivel connector for my kite, high quality. I would not have sent up my kite without this swivel. Great investment for my 49ft long kite.

Not much really to say...these are very solid and the size makes it perfect for light and heavy lines alike - I used these clips on both 30# and 180# line and they worked great.

Perfect for attaching kite lines to kites over kill for small light kites but still works!

These are bigger than I expected, but very good.

Slightly larger than I thought they would be but perfect for the job regardless. Easy to clip together and a good sturdy design. Would definitely recommend

Can't comment for fishing use, but if you've arrived here looking for swivels to wind your vape coils, these are just right at size 6 (or larger). Bought a bag of 20 (seemed good value at that qty), and they all swivel smooth as butter all bar 2 that were a bit sticky. I always put a drop of oil in them just to be sure anyway. I would suggest linking 2 or 3 of these end to end though incase one doesn't want to play nice. All good for the price point nevertheless.
