I've had many different ones. But this one tops it off. The handle works like butter. I've done 4 jobs. 4-6 hr long. And no complains. I'm sure the bolt will go loose over time. But thats normal

Easy to open and close. Even under pressure.. best I've had so far..dont by the raptor blast one. It's terrible. Hard to open the valve once pressurized.

So thia is the third one that i have bought with in a year, not because they are bad i just use it so much everyday things start to break. For starter i recommend putting some loctite on the nut that keep the handle that you turn to the ball valve itself, i have lost that nut many time and its a pain. I just replaced the one i had because the valve inside started tl chip and water was leaking through not fully stopping the water. All in all this thing takes a decent beating and still works, not to expensive to replace so i think its worth the money

SAVE YOUR MONEY & SKIP ON THIS ONE. IT BROKE AFTER IT'S 3RD USE! The Carbon Steel body completely rusted after it's first use. ONLY water, NO Chlorine, Bleach, or any type of chemicals we're used. Now my hands become disclored everytime I attempt to handle it. The Quick Connect Plugs also became disclored. Very strange since this has NEVER happened to my valves in the past. Completely Overpriced for its overall performance (Weak uneven pressure, awkward handle placement, & broke after 3rd use) Definitely regret purchasing instead of making my own, Very last time I make that mistake!

Works great. Makes the job WAY more efficient. Easy turn valve (compared to my other one which requires a fair amount of effort when under pressure). However, the nut on the handle requires loctite. Mine fell off and was lost in short order. Had to find another nut that fit at the hardware store and replace it.

I'm using this ball valve on a 4gpm 4200psi machine. It is easy to turn, and it has not leaked yet. It has about 25hrs of use so far. This allows quick changing between the wand and surface cleaner, without having to walk back to the pump to turn it off. Also, without an attachment, this ball valve can be used to rinse. The user has to turn the valve to aquire the right pattern and pressure, much like holding your thumb at the end of a water hose.

See the new ball valve on the left and the old one on the right? Do you see how the center hole on the new valve is much smaller than the one on the right? That's because even though the *fittings* on the ball valve are actually 3/8", the hole in the *center* of the ball valve is about 40% smaller than a true 3/8" ball valve and it will DEFINITELY affect your pressure and water volume. I run a 6 gpm, 4,000 psi machine and it usually lifts my surface cleaner off the ground so it's easy to move around, but when I put this valve on, it was like a lead sled. I had to switch back to my old ball valve to do the job. NOTE: If you are running a pressure washing machine that puts out 4 gpm or less, this valve may still work for you. That being said, their shipping is top notch. I ordered it Saturday evening and received it the next day, on a Sunday! I was even impressed by the ease of turning of the handle on the ball valve. It felt like this was the Cadillac of ball valves because it was so easy to open and close. Heck, it is even rated at 5,000 psi, but it is NOT a true 3/8" ball valve. I tried different drill bits to see what size the center hole actually was and the drill bit that fit the new valve was only 7/32", while the old valve is 3/8". Converting the 3/8" to 32nds would be 12/32", so you can see what a big difference there is between 7/32" and 12/32". The center hole of this ball valve is about 40% smaller than a true 3/8" ball valve. So buyer beware. I wanted to contact customer service to see if they had a larger ball valve but apparently, this product does not qualify for or warrant customer support. So, all I can do is leave this review. Hopefully, it will save someone else some time and money.

I agree that this is the best ball valve for 4,000 psi 4gpm pressure washer. I've used other ones that didn't last. Extremely easy and smooth on and off with high pressure and easy to turn. If your looking for a high psi shutoff like I was this is the best one to buy I guarantee it. Mines lasted me much longer than my last ball valve. I don't know about how it work with hot water but I'd assume great.

I just started my own pressure washing business and this saves me so much time, as I now don’t have to run back and forth from the tap and can change from the lance gun to the surface cleaner with ease. Very useful Great quality Highly recommend

I have used this product for 1 week and had a lots of problems with it! The quick connect is always blocking i couldn’t get it off on the job site. The handle is turning 360 degrees instead of 90 degrees.

Using on a 3500 psi washer, fell to bits after the 2nd day, the handle just spins, the split in the ball has opened up now, material is too soft. Completely rusted inside on inspection when trying to rebuild. Absolute junk, especially for the price.
