I traveled in France and Italy, including two islands. The SIM card worked very well at all times. The packaging is a little unusual because the 30 day, 12GB data SIM comes with documentation that mentions 14 day validity, but the SIM is actually good for 30 days. Also, you will be prompted repeatedly to register to continue service, but as the documents stated you just ignore those reminders as you do not need to register the SIM. I liked that you receive the phone number with the SIM, so that you can provide the number to friends before you even get to Europe and before the SIM is activated. Other cards that I have gotten don't give you the number until you have activated them in Europe. I would recommend this SIM card for EU countries.

We used this for a trip to Italy and it work well in Rome, Florence, and the Almafi Coast. Make sure to print the activation QRC code out before leaving home. When you arrive, connect to the airport wifi, then scan the QRC code. Bam you're up & running and ready to explore

I received messages with a welcome within two of the three countries we visited. After that we could not access ANY Internet. And a tech call with a sim card that doesn't work? WHAT A WASTE!!! I'm returning the SIM as there is absolutely 0 bytes of data used. Even an Orange store in Warsaw said they only help with Polish Orange cards. All others they can do nothing.

We had two stops on our trip- I installed this for our first leg in Ireland. It worked well and connected seamlessly. It still worked for our second stop (Iceland), but not as well. I had trouble getting data to work for things like apps. In Iceland, the city busses work on cash or an app. I purchased two bus tickets for later that day but did it at the apartment we rented and had wi-fi. I thought nothing of it because it had worked easily in Ireland. It wasn't as reliable and thankfully we had a patient bus driver while I connected to the tickets.

Went to Iceland. Data worked within seconds at the airport and at waterfalls and glaciers...everywhere. However I could not get text or voice for entire visit. All I got was a message that outbound calls are barred. Since email whatsapp and internet worked everything was fine. Very easy to use.

Having used a sim from Orange in four central European nations without issue, I wasn't surprised that we had the same excellent result in France. I installed the nano sim enroute to CDG in Paris and the service started automatically as we were landing. No connection issues at all. We visited northern France up to the Normandy coast and only lost coverage in places where the phone lost a signal, typically underground. This is a MUCH better and less expensive option vs. paying $10+/day for international service from my US carrier. TIP: If you plan on using your phone for navigation (Google maps), be sure to download offline maps of the travel location(s) before leaving home. This makes navigation faster and saves a lot of data since the base maps are already on the phone and don't have to be pulled down using data as you travel. Reliable service. Easy recommendation.

I am an IT guy and technically capable. My wife and I went on a vacation to Amsterdam, and I figured I would give these SIM cards a try. I have an iPhone SE (2022 model), and spouse has the iPhone 13. On the plane, I swapped out the SIM cards. In the air as we landed, we got some nice "welcome" texts from Orange, and I figured we were good to go. But nope, the ONLY thing that ever worked is we were able to call each other at our new phone numbers assigned by Orange, but could not text each other at those numbers. And worse, the data never worked. Not a bit. I spent hours of my vacation troubleshooting, and trying to get customer service. We were gone 10 days, and a couple of days after we were back I got an email that actually might have been helpful (I will never know) saying that usually the phones work right off the bat, but if not you can change the APN settings to some Orange-specific settings. But bottom line, I was SO glad I was not dependent on the service. We were able to call each other a couple of times when we did our own thing, and we were able to manage by downloading Google maps when connected to WiFi at the hotel. Overall a total waste of money and a terrible experience. Never again.

What arrived was a tourist SIM card package with only 14 days validity. Not 30 days as was advertised.

Excelente cobertura, todo el tiempo usé google maps, envié videos, escribí por Whatsapp hice llamadas via whatsapp y via roaming en ningún momento hubo interferencia. Lo usé en londres, paris y barcelona. Lo coloqué unos días antes de volar en el slot 1 de mi dual sim y nada más aterrizar quité el modo avión y ya estaba conectado.
