I didn't get this for hair growth. I got it to help balance my hormones! I am a 40yo female, and my skin has been breaking out worse and worse for a few years now. I have tried several things to no avail. I have been taking this for about a week now, and my skin is clearing up. My face and belly are also less puffy since I started taking them. I am also taking the liver support supplement made by this brand. I love their products! Their immunity quercetin supplement is also great. I hope to have continued good results! I will add that I am eating low carb, and exercise is a routine part of my life. I definitely think diet needs to accompany supplements!!! I hope this helps someone else in a similar boat to mine. One more thing, I also take a thyroid supplement, but that didn't help my skin issue at all. I do think it helps with sluggish metabolism and other symptoms of low thyroid.

Well I gave these a really fair shot using them for nearly a year now. I have had zero change in the health nor thickness of my hair. I'll give it three stars because I don't necessarily fault the supplement because there's so many root causes for hair loss. It's reality nothing may be able to help me. I read many reviews from people that got great results. I am not able to pay the extremely high prices for Nutrafol and as this was suggested as a reasonably priced alternative I gave it a shot. I guess I'll move on to a different one.
