Does this have to be staked in grass? Or can it be kept on concrete?

I have mine on pavers and staked in the grass plus it's against the wall of the house. But if you have a couple bikes in it it's not going to blow away

It will only protect from weather. You will need to secure the bike from theft with the use of a lock of some kind.

Probably could we kept lawn mower, 3 blow up paddle boards (deflated), kindling and weed eater.
