I put this lip color on, and was super pleased with the color and ease of application. Since it is supposed to be a matte finish, there is no gloss; however, it doesn't look too dry on. The lip color has survived through lunch and a full tumbler of iced coffee, so it definitely has staying power. I noticed that it came with a tiny thin brush in the box, which I presume is to be used for lining the lips before applying in full. I'll try that the next time, but I really don't think lining is necessary. I appreciate that this formula is neither goopy nor sticky. So, in summary, I'm pleased with the color, the application, and the durability and staying power.

Love the color. The wand broke 2 times, but the company replaced the full tubes. The color sticks like glue, and I love the texture. This company is great to work with!

I’m not sure this is worth 4 stars, but I can see that someone else might think of it as 4 or even 5 star, if it didn’t have the extra hype about all the great qualities that it doesn’t really have. I think 3 is more appropriate for my use tbh. I purchased the color “party go,” but the color I received was more like “trust you” or even “MVP Red,” so it’s wayyyyy too red for my taste. Someone who really appreciates a very bold, very red lip might like this (so that’s why I’m giving it one more star than it deserves for my use of it), but I am more subtle than that. I want my lip to look good but natural or nearly-natural, not like I’m trying too hard to be noticed. I don’t really wear any other makeup, so bold red-red lip is too much “pick me” for my taste. It’s a liquid color, so not remotely matte (although it does dry and isn’t super shiny, so maybe?), not “waterproof,” not remotely non-smudging (it even came off on the tissue I used to blow my nose, which had barely grazed my lip). And it’s definitely not “long-lasting.” Any lipstick can last “up to 16 hours” if you’re not going to eat or drink anything. But that definition doesn’t really cover this. It’s just wet lipstick that dries. It’s not bad, I think, but not as extraordinary as the advertising implies. (Gotta say that the lip model in the pics is a good choice; I’d love to have those lips, so I probably succombed to the idea that my lips would look that lucious. Spoiler: they didn’t. They just looked TOO red, too “pick me.” To be fair, it didn’t look bad, even though it was redder than the picture. it’s just not my ideal color and not what I thought I was purchasing. The price pretty good (I purchased it with a discount that doesn’t seem to be offered anymore). And maybe if I put another color over it (adding “dinner time maybe?”) the color might be more what I was after, dark, brownish-red, but a little toned down. Something that could pass as natural. But do I want to buy two colors to MAYBE get what I was hoping for? Positives: The color is very rich, with good coverage. Not wishy-washy. The case is weirdly appealing—which doesn’t help the color, I know, but it FEELS nice. It also comes with a little brush, which I’m gonna guess would help to outline the lip first, since the applicator is pretty blunt otherwise. I’m torn about trying another color with this. I might do it if the price were lower. Otherwise I’ll end up with TWO lip colors I won’t use. Bottom line: not bad, but “Party go” is much more red than it looks in the picture.

I got this in black, it takes multiple coats to make it look like the advertisement photo. I did one coat to test it. It looks good but you can still see the pink of your lips under the color. It dries tacky, has mild transfer to whatever you put your lips on (straws, tapes, etc.). It doesn't stain and wipes off cleanly with a baby wipes, make up wipe and a wet wash rag. Definitely not for long term use without reapplying however, it is fun to wear and looks pretty decent. So if your looking for something cheap and cute, this is for you. If you want something more quality and less tacky with transfer, definitely not your style of lipstick.

I was so upset with this color! I was expecting a more...not exactly neon orange but just, the orange they show in the photo, but NO, it's literally a pale orange .. I'd return it if it but it's honestly not worth all the hassle for me... Now I did also get the brown which at very first I thought I got the wrong color because when I swatched it on my hand it was RED so I thought I got red, then I read the color name and it was like chocolate delight or something like that so after putting it on my lips.. it is brown.. but more red than anything .. I was wanting a dark dark almost black brown, LIKE THE PHOTO.... But NO, I got a dark dark red with maybe the tiniest hint of brown and I am just like all types of upset... Now the "brown" I will be wearing even tho it isn't what I wanted in the slightest n I might do another review of that color with a photo of it so y'all can see but I pretty much WASTED 20 bucks.. most definitely wasted 10 cause the chances of my wearing the pale orange are slim to none... Sooo if you buy the orange expecting to get the color in the photo... Well, you won't. And for the brown.. you're really just getting such a dark red it almost looks brown .. super disappointed and the only reason I am giving it two stars is it does have good staying power which again, is a let down only because I wish I had that in the colors I thought I was ordering... And I can only imagine the other colors are more than likely not going to look like what you order sooo just be aware that you most likely won't be getting what you think... And I really really hate making these bad reviews it really makes me feel bad but I feel it necessary to warn other people so they don't also, waste their money.. again, I'd return at least the orange if it wasn't for me having to go to Kohl's or wherever else you have to go to return stuff and for 10$ it's just not worth having to do all that but I definitely will not be buying from this company again and I'm again sad to have to say all this but it's just the truth .. MAKE YOUR PHOTOS LOOK LIKE THE ACTUAL COLOR OF YOUR PRODUCTS, like, come onnnn, it can't be that hard ))

Let me start by saying I did my research thoroughly, but the color I received was nothing like what I thought I was getting. That said... What I wanted was a deep matte red that I have been seeing much of Hollywood wearing these days. What I got, was a tomato-y red on the orange side, the color you see Tina Turner wear. Still I gave it a try. I noticed as I was putting it on, it went on rather sheer, and I could see my lip color through the first layer, and found myself layering it on so many times, that eventually, I stopped focusing on my lips and put all my attention on helping my child learn how to drive. When I thought about it again, I looked in the mirror and to my astonishment.... this lipstick was a BEAUTIFUL DEEP ORANGE RED, which does go with my undertones (another reason I didn't make too much of a fuss), and was so smooth with no lines and wrinkles. The best part about this lippie, is that it was not tacky on the lips, when I did the M test, my lips didn't stick together!!! It stayed put the rest of the evening, and none came off in the center where my lips meet. Sorry, I did not do a water bottle/ napkin test. It did not crumble and dry out on my lips. Taking it off with liquid soap didn't really help, and using my usual coconut oil, there was still a little left on. If there was a sent, it was so unimportant and didn't stand out, that I do not remember if there even was a scent or not. This one did it's job, ladies!!! And rather superbly, at that ( and I never use that word...lol). I am looking very forward to other colors

Nice rich color. Buttery smooth application. Long lasting. It does dry your lips a little. Dark red velvet cake kinda color. It matches my dress perfectly

I got the shade, 'dinner time'. Which is ironic because while it is beautiful, I would not recommend wearing it to dinner. When I first got it, I put it on that evening after work and wore it around my house to test it out. It goes on easily and smoothly. The color is amazing. It has a great matte finished and made my lips look very full. It lasted the entire 5 hours before I took my shower without smudging or coming off. It didn't get flaky or weird, it was great. I put it on the next morning before work and this was the true test that it didn't pass too well. I had a couple cups of coffee and then a small breakfast at work. By 9am the color was starting to fade in a spotty way. The lip line stayed dark while the lips looked blotchy and uneven. I did bring it with me so I can reapply it and that's fine. But if you're looking for something long lasting and smudge proof, I would not say this is it. The matte look and the color are great! I would give closer to 3.5 stars, if I could.
