The product is made with the good silicone but needs to be smaller in diameter for the average person otherwise it won't stay on or use something to keep it from sliding off

Call me weird but I like to sleep with a condom catheter on because I enjoy not getting up to pee. I got this to see how it would work for that purpose with my collection bag and it’s perfect! I have yet to be able to wear this effectively. It does not stay in place, on its own. The tubing popped out and got lost on the first attempt. I am trying skin adhesives from breastforms next.....
