I’m 47 and started having very mild hot flashes during the day and insomnia at night, despite working out as normal and having very long days. I also lost the ability to focus properly and get things done at work. My brain refused to cooperate. I started taking this to add to the progesterone I was already taking for many years. I use two pumps per day instead of the regular four, because my symptoms were mild and I wasn’t having mood swings. I was just a bit low and worn out really. It has helped. Sleeping gradually got better, hot flashes still occurred but didn’t get worse, I never had night sweats (thank god), and was ‘with it’ at work. This was the most important for me as I have a demanding job. What us women go through, honestly. My weight had increased suddenly prior to taking this despite never skipping exercise (menopausal weight gain really is the worst). The estriol enabled me to perform better at the gym, another important factor. I wasn’t going to the gym tired anymore. So I could do more volume and get even stronger. I haven’t lost the weight yet despite months of consistent, intense weight training (& 3 months since taking the cream). But I’ve reduced in size slooowly. I will get there. I take the weekend off this stuff, mainly because I want to ride out menopause and not need to take creams for life. It is powerful so better to under dose than over dose. Oh, my skin looks fabulous and it has removed some wrinkles and skin tags. That’s also been wonderful. Not that I was losing hair but the temple hair has been thicker and perpetual baby hair regrowth has been under control, less crazy and not sticking out. So I probably will use this for a long time then.

It really works! My skin has been looking more plump, hydrated and tighter. I'm 52 so it's been a blessing for me. I only use it for my face and neck every morning. I use 1 pump of this cream with face cream. I use a beef tallow cream.

Have used this brand for several years with no issues. But! The last I ordered in Dec 2025, came in a smaller in ounces plastic bottle (not the metal one it used to be in) and does not dispense accurately like previous bottles. I AM HAVING HOT FLASHES for the first time in years and years. Something has changed and not for the good.

I had an oophorectomy last year and due to being aged 49 was not put on HRT to help me through the transition. About a month or so after the surgery the hot flashes started. They aren't too terrible most of the time but they are causing me to not get the best sleep. I started looking into options for natural or supplemental products that might "take the edge off" my symptoms. I've tried oral supplements without luck. I read the reviews for this product and though it was worth a shot. After a couple months of using this product I can say there is no noticeable difference from before I started. At the price point I think 60 days is enough of a test period to determine this product is not for me.

I got a message 2 days after getting this product so I'm not sure yet how well its going to work for me yet. However I do like the price is far less than Rx bioidentical hormones and the ingredients are also superior. No chemicals that the Rx ones all seem to include in their formulations. Hopeful that this will work for me since I can't afford the Rx ones to use on a continual basis which is needed in this instance.

I have used this product several times and I am totally satisfied with it. But, it really worries me when a company puts out advertising with conflicting claims. This product claims to provide a 3 month supply. But take a look at the last two pictures of the bottles. You might need to enlarge the view. The last two bottles shown in the advertising say, "two month supply" down at the bottom. Also, in one place the advertising claims 5 mg per pump (click the 3rd box down on left edge). But elsewhere it says 1 dose is 4 pumps and each pump is 1.25 mg for a total of 5 mg per 4 pumps. This product only got 4 stars because of the conflicting information in the advertising. If they can't even bother to proof read their own advertising then how good is their quality control going to be ? I am not sure what I am getting so I shopped around but did not find anything that was more clear. Other brands are evasive about specifying the number of pumps per bottle or mg per pump. Also I prefer the 1.25 mg per pump (assuming that is correct) because the 5 mg dose per pump (of other brands) is too high for me. This brand gives more flexibility in choosing the dosage.

I’ve been using this for 18 months 3x a wk and I ‘ think’ it’s helpful and in the past gave it a higher rating . However my most recent bottle 8/25 cost $59 instead of the $35 I paid for previous bottles . That’s a big price increase ! It is manufactured here in the USA so the increase can’t be from Trumps tariffs . That’s almost double the price ! Also the pump on the newly designed bottle doesn’t release the correct dose . I need 3 pumps to get close to the correct amount I got on previous bottle . Also the cream itself is a thinner consistency, a bit more sheer . If this issue isn’t fixed I may not stay a customer . $60 a month is too high for this product and if used daily wouldn’t be affordable . At $35 , used 3x per wk it’s affordable to me as a retired senior on a fixed social security income.

Im 41. I’ve always had very thin skin that was easily damaged but it’s getting so much worse as I age. I’ve been using this for about 6 months now, 1 pump total per day on my face and back of my hands . I wish I had taken before photos. The skin under my eyes and on the backs of my hands is definitely thicker and younger looking. I also noticed less hot flashes, I feel better, and it seems to be helping with my thin skin everywhere. BUT when I purchased it- it was $42 and it came in the “new and improved luxury bottle” so I’m gonna look somewhere else bc the RX stuff that’s actually for your face probably costs the same as what they’re charging now.

Good quality and enough hormones to control our menopause.
