UPDATE: The company reached out to me and was very, very helpful in sorting out the problems I was having. Keeping my original review below, but upgrading my review to reflect their excellent customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The product was well packaged and the directions were clear. Once assembled it looks fine from a distance. But I had many problems with it. - The holes for fitting the side panels together were not large enough. Gently but firmly trying to slot the tabs into the holes caused the plastic to crack. - The door does not fit securely. A slight bump is enough to make it pop out of place. - The door does not open all the way without coming off entirely. - The tiered stand is very unstable and leans against the side of the case. Overall I am not impressed. This thing was not worth the price.

I was looking for something to put my figures in so that I could save space on my desk. Also so they wouldn't get dusty and could last for years. I like that the case mentions the length and width, so I could make sure it would fit on my monitor stand perfect. You do have to be very careful if you move it to avoid scratches. My only complaint is the tiers/stairs because they are a little wobbly. But once you have it still it's not noticable. Edit: first photo is the four tier and second is the three tier cases. Got a new desk hutch and they can stack up there. Now I have more space for new collectables.

Pretty sharp. Actually fits together very snug. Measurements are accurate, which is always a concern. Front door is not very stout but is it just sits on the shelf closed, it does it's job fine. The wood could be refined a bit as or has a very unfinished feel to it and looks that way to some degree. It could easily be sanded and finished if needed.

Wow. Mass product with no quality control. You have to remove all the freaken film on both sides. Very time consuming and messing. The white bottom piece was chipped at the door panel circle part. The top piece goes on but does NOT lock. Opening the front door can make it all come off. The stand is NOT stable unless it is inside the display box. The installation had clear misspelled words. I was looking for around 30+display boxes and will definitely not being using this.

I took a chance with this display case despite all the bad reviews and I'm glad I did! I guess I was lucky that the item arrived without any big damage except a scratch on one of the side clear panels. The packaging is quite humble; it doesn't even come in a box, but the edges are padded. Every piece of the case is lined with plastic film that has to be removed. The assembly is not too difficult. Once put together the case looks very nice. It's smartly designed and quite a good bargain for the price. The only annoying thing during the assembly was the amount of manufacturing dust attached to all the pieces. Other than that, this is close to perfect!

Overpriced for the quality. Dust from the film covers scratches the actual acrylic ruining it. Steps wobble and are unstable. Lights don't work unless I'm clamping the plastic holder with my fingers, when I let go the light doesn't work. Returning.

I bought the 5 tier display case before for my shotglass collection and was satisfied with it. So I bought the 4 tier case for the rest of the collection. When it arrived and I was starting to assemble it, it was clear that it was poorly manufactured. The tabs did not match up with the slots and did not sit correctly on the base. I had Amazon send a replacement and had the same issue. I ended up filing down the edges of the tabs to get things to fit. Even with it put together the quality is sketchy. It's sad because the very first one that worked looks nice. My warning to those is that whether you get one that is manufactured correctly or not is a gamble. Possibly avoid until their quality control issues are figured out.

Needed a case to display my Swarovski Crystal figurines, and this is PERFECT. Lightweight, easy to assemble, and I have it on a shelf with an LED light that shines down on the crystal inside - and WOW, does it look nice!
