This vitamin has every single thing you will need. You will never need to take any other vitamins ever again. That’s one of the main reasons why I take these and my bariatric surgeons recommend only. Because with others you have to supplement something without a doubt whether it be calcium or iron or whatever else you don’t have to do that with these vitamins. I had bariatric sleeve done and I have to take four of these things every single day for the rest of my life. Now I’m not going to lie to you and say that these things taste great because they don’t. They taste like Flintstones. And they’re big they’re not small at least the size of more than a nickel. I take 2 in the morning and two at night I don’t know what you’re supposed to do but I know you’re not supposed to take just one. those are my bariatric surgeons orders. And they don’t have any stake in this company. There’s a specific reason why there’s 120 in there and it last for a month. This is a really good company and they’re always on the cutting edge of things. So my Doctors at my Bariatric center told me that this company will be the first one to put out a pill that will cover everything they are sure of it within a few years. I hope so. These things are not cheap. The whole thing is not cheap. From protein shakes to eating more expensive types of food like fish to these. you think if you get the surgery done and it’s free and clear you’re not. Your entire life they’ll have to change in every single way by the way. These vitamins are a Vital part of it I would not go to any other place to get them. Meaning this company. Not to mention I can’t even count how many different vitamins I’d have to take each day. Everything is included in this vitamin that’s the selling point and that’s why this company is so good. They know what they’re doing you get the highest amount of the things that you need that you’re not going to get from only being able to eat 4 ounces of food at a time. And again don’t think they’re gonna taste like candy because they don’t. But they’re not that bad. They come in a few flavors I’ve tried 2 there might be more I don’t know but these are better than a berry ones. They don’t taste like a Creamsicle so don’t expect that. They are orange in color and they taste like orange. But I would not go to any other company for these vitamins. Again they are on the cutting edge of all of the stuff and Bariatric has become a way of life for millions of people now because the insurance companies want to do this surgery rather than paying for all your medications for the rest of your life. It just makes business sense for them.

I usually take the tropical flavor, but figured I’d venture out and try a different flavor. I shouldn’t have. The orange flavor is NASTY! I can usually tolerate alot of things, but these I just can’t! They gotta go!! So, I just received my order for the Strawberry flavor. I gotta admit that after the Orange flavor fiasco I was hesitant to order anything other than the Tropical flavor, but I did. I ordered the Strawberry & it’s DELICIOUS!! I like these better than the Tropical!! The tropical flavor tastes like a tropical vitamin, the Orange is not pleasant at all (see my above review), and the Strawberry tastes almost like a strawberry candy!! I’m actually looking forward to trying the Berry flavor now!!

Absolutely horrible taste. They also combine calcium and iron which together won't absorb. My dietician even noted that these were not the best choice. I gave them as treats to my dog and they wouldn't eat them so they went into the trash. Many of the tablets I received were also broken and there was a large amount of powder in the bottom of the bottle.

Chewing this vitamin was torturous to my tongue. It felt acidic. Tonight I just sucked on it and it wasn’t bad. I just now saw that I was supposed to be taking 4 of these a day. No way! Looking for a capsule or tablet that’s once a day. UPDATE: The seller reached out to me with a complete refund based on my negative experience. That’s good customer service, which is worth an additional star. Since my initial review, I have been sucking, instead of chewing, the one pill I take a day, and its taste is pleasant enough. I’m still not taking the instructed 4/day, but I’m several years out from my bariatric surgery, so I think I’ll be fine for finishing the bottle. I’m adding another star because I think others will like the chewable more than I, especially if they suck on it first to acclimate their tastebuds. Its taste grew on me, too, so there’s another star, especially since I prefer gulping down a capsule or tablet rather than munching a chewable. You may very well love this product! BTW, the seller did not ask me to change my rating.

After trying various vitamins in capsule form, which ALL made me nauseous, I had resorted to a "children's chewable" to at least get something into my body. At two months post-op, my energy levels were very low, so I thought to give these a chance. OMG!! So glad a did!! :) The Strawberry flavor actually tastes good - keep in mind this is not candy, but they smell and taste pleasant, and do not leave an acidic after taste. They are large tablets, you eat 4 per day, but spread them out to 1 per meal at different times throughout your day. So you're getting the vitamins into your body gradually, with food, and NO NAUSEA. The tablets are scored so you can break them in half easily if needed. I've only been taking these a few days and already feel a difference in my energy level!!! Keep in mind that one bottle is only a 30-day supply, so they're not cheap. But these type of vitamins are essential to our health after bariatric surgery - particularly in the early months when we're eating so little. *** If you're wondering about chalkiness, get the STRAWBERRY flavor. I can't speak for the other flavors. Even though the tablets are large, they taste good and dissolve fully as you chew them. I don't even feel the need to rinse my mouth afterwards. I wish my doctor had recommended these vitamins, and even better, had given me a sample to try. Would have saved me a lot of time, nausea, and money. *** Don't hesitate - buy a bottle - take them with food at different times throughout your day. You will not regret it!
