This is a great option for weighted vest workouts. I added a hydration bladder in a MOLLE pouch in the back to add 3L of water (about 6.5lbs) and a pouch on the front to hold 3 magazines, so it added about 10lbs to the base weight. It's held up for well over 100 miles, and feels very well made. Comfortable with the weight on the shoulders, and the cummerbund is secure, the mesh breathes well so it vents decently. Recommend for workouts, and might even work well with actual gear, definitely overbuilt for airsoft purposes.

Great feel and and very comfortable! The weight capacity is great because i'm you can buy and insert larger plates if you choose. Getting the plates in and out is very easy. It's a system of flaps and velcro that is pretty easy to manage. The adjustments on the shoulders is easy as well. Great value for your money and makes a great addition to your fitness regime. It's a great fit and is durable for all of those summer and winter rucks!

For the price, I am absolutely thrilled with this. Half the price of the competitors and probably close to the same build quality. I am 6’5” 360lbs and it fits way better than I expected. I even have room to spare in the stomach strap. For weight, I find the 40lbs is a nice added bit of resistance and difficulty to my workouts. I’m even going to wear it while doing chores sometimes. It also helps with my mindset. I spent 6 years in the Marine Corps and this reminds me to not be a little B. Reminds me to push myself and go full beast mode. Kind of like putting a vest on a working dog. It even came with all three patches which is cool, even though I won’t use them all. Only thing I would change is being able to load the plates from the top instead of the bottom, but they seem to be snug and secure. AM STAFF - Please don’t change your pricing!!!! This is exactly where it should be!

This weighted vest is great addition and adds intensity to my walks around my neighborhood. The vest itself is very comfortable and durable. Plus I love the fact that looks and feels like tactical body armor. During my walk, I didn’t feel the straps hurt my shoulders at all. The best hugs my body very well, and it doesn’t move around unnecessarily. I bought the 20 pound version, but I am a bigger guy. If you are a smaller person, use a lighter weight. If you’re looking for a vest for rucking, working out, or running, this is the vest to get!

excellent value and great value and exceptional quality of manufacturing. It serves its purpose Very easy to mange . Wipes clean with a damp cloth. Great fit over or under clothes. Most of the times people aren’t aware i’m even wearing a weighted vest . The plates are adjustable in weight . I have no issues getting up or down with the vest in daily excercise . I can move freely from walking to running to climbing a hill without a adjustment. I’m happy i purchased this product i’ve purchased many but none as durable as this one .

After less than one year of use at a normal walking pace on a stairclimber or treadmill, the shoulder strap attachment to the main plate carrier failed.

Great vest. Super strong. The plates are indestructible and the Velcro is holding up great.

I'm going to preface this review with the fact that I am petite. I am likely a lot smaller than the average user of the vest. I also wear a custom vest daily for work, so I'm sure that's affecting my opinion. The vest is adjustable, to a degree. I can't make it tight enough to stay in place on my body while I do higher impact activities. Also likely due to my size, the vest affects my range of motion. While doing static exercises, the vest is fine! But if I jump or jog, I have to physically hold the vest in place. I understand they can't make a smaller vest option and still accommodate weight plates. A one size fits all weighted vest just might not be best for smaller people. The vest does seem to be quite durable and functional. Overall, I would still recommend it to average size humans.

I used to own a CrossFit gym, I’ve tried lots of different brands and vests/body armour style weights. I’m 5’11” - 178 lbs. pretty lean. Size 30-32 waist. 44 around chest. This is the comfiest. A couple small drawbacks but overall excellent. Pros: - weight accuracy. 2.93lbs bare. 11.67lbs with one plate. 20.14 with two plates. - comfortable, doesn’t dig in anywhere. The elastic waist band is actually really awesome, with one drawback. - looks great. Glad they threw in a Canadian and American patch as wife is from USA so that earned some brownie points with us. - pretty decent amount of Velcro all over. Feels well built (time will tell - I will abuse this). - running felt awesome mostly. Treadmill run was from 0-10. So about halfway through would be 6min/kms, (10min/miles) for reference. Cons: - the elastic is comfortable but sometimes doesn’t feel like it’s SUPER strong. Coming from some other brands that just did a fabric strap around the waist this is definitely better. But I wish I could make it tighter. - you can’t tighten the waist straps more. If you pull one side it doesn’t leave any Velcro for the other side. Each strap should ideally be sharing the front Velcro 50/50, but that leaves a lot of slack for me. I can tighten it to like 75 on one side and then try to just make 25% of the coverage work on the other side to make it slightly more tight, but it’s not a great system. I may explore actually putting my own Velcro lines on top to be able to lay them on top of each other and make it tighter. - you can see in the running video how it moves around just a little bit more than I’d like it to. That treadmill run was setting 0-10mph (top setting on most treadmills). Setting 6 would be running 6min/kms (10min/miles).

The vest is an awesome color, and very comfortable. The armour plates are designed really well and fit into the pouches really easily. The vest has multiple straps to make sure it is secure on your body and you were able to do most anything you want out wise. I believe as well worth the extra money compared to the invest with multiple bags or small iron plates.

Awesome vest!! Fits well and I’m a heavy chested dude for my size and I can run a 5km with it and still be comfortable. Highly recommend

Overall good product but the stitching ripped so we now have to find someone to repair it

Good quality vest up until it broke in the middle of run. The right shoulder strap separated from the front vest area. Can’t use it now. Will update review if vendor can support with a fix.
