Works perfectly, base level good enough responsive remote, they need to improve the surrounding level and Bluetooth connection will delay the sound from the satellite speakers

First of all they dont have bluetooth support for the TV. Only mobile phones can be connected. Sound ig good but then also starts to crack at high pitch and the worst thing no customer support in UAE. I had to contact india service center and even they admitted bluetooth connectivity is not supported for TV.

Please do not buy, I’m totally disappointed. They delivered with defective surrounding satellite speakers, both of them are murmuring. Now I don’t know how much time I needs to spend and run around to get the replacement.

Sound crackling issue se bass dominant, can not listen to dialog in movie and stallite speaker is lagging not able to keep up with sound bar feels like reverberation in empty hall totally disappointed

Remote not working after 2 months. Checked and replaced batteries also. And finding a replacement report doesn't seem to be easy.

Great Sounds , Fantastic Bass and Surround.

This review is regarding my 9500WS the wireless satellite speaker type as people are confused with 9400 reviews mixed here. I'm writing this after a few days of usage. 1) Remote sensor is in the soundbar (not is subwoofer like in 9400) and hence very easy to point & use. 2) They have provided metal clamp holders to suit the soundbar and 2 satellite speakers too along with nails/scruw, etc 3) You have to keep rare satellite speakers behind your seating at the center of the wall (our at your waist height from the ground) to experience real surround sound. Keep rear satellite speakers in "+5" & treble at "+4" to get the best surround sound experience. 4) Connect using HDMI ARC cable (provided with box) for the best sound experience. 5) My MiTV has a minor glitch in standby mode for sounds. The speaker will go to standby if no audio is played for a long time (so just turn on/off using the remote or play something on the youtube app if you are using android tv and it will be fine) 6) Bluetooth mode works great from iPhone or from any phone that has Dolby output. 7) Sub-woofer is way too strong & I have been keeping it at minus -5 all the time! 8) You have to register for a warranty separately via their website within 15 days & they haven't mentioned it anywhere. Please register or else you will lose the warranty. 9) Once connected via HDMI ARC cable, you only need a tv remote to control the speaker volume. Also, once you set up the speaker, all settings will be remembered even after unplugging the power. 10) Periodically there is a mild hush noise from the soundbar (something like a colling fan in computers). It vanishes and appears periodically and its very minor hush noise. Whenever I pressed mute/unmute it was fine. 11) I compared this with Sony wireless 5.1 and I found this good as the mids, lows & highs are completely detailed in this compared to sony. Subwoofer quality is above most requirements for any kind of indoor party. 12) Use "Movie-mode" from the speaker remote to get the best detailing experience. Other modes are fine but "Movie-mode" is great! 13) Speaker actual gives detailing of mids/highs/lows after volume 21 and above.. try to stand at the center with all above settings & feel the surround sound. 14) In low/cheap quality speaker system the rear satellite speakers also will produce the same volume as the front soundbar which is actually very bad. This was the main reason for me to say this is of great quality because satellite speakers should only act as additional support and minuses out any below 5000 frequency tones and give that detailing in the back side rare-channel effect. It supports the front soundbar like a professional home theater and thats the job of satellite speakers.. just support the detailing only! It actually works great if you set it up well.. (Stand in center to feel the difference in detailing while playing iPhone 13 itunes audio via bluetooth (not youtube audio) .. check any AR Rehman songs. 15) All OTT apps like Netflix, Amazon, etc., detect a new audio format as either "5.1 audio" or as "Dolby audio" depending upon the moviemaker's preferences only when you connect via HDMI ARC. But please note, youtube is known to downgrade audio quality by compressing the audio so it will not that great because of youtube issues and that is the case even with Sony. Youtube audio compression can only be noticeable if you are a true audio pro. Its very minor. 16) So: Tr at +4, Surr at +5, Cent at -2, Sw at 0, when volume is above 22.. with all speakers at your face-level (when you are seated) will give you an exact home theater experience. The subwoofer on floor, Satellite speakers behind your seats at your head-level (when seated) and satellite speakers sepeated by 10 feet distance will give best experience.

For the price,its the best you could get The sound quality is actually great (it doesn't have any tweeters to penetrate through the ear) The build is done so well The 150W subwoofer is so good,it can handle the lows so well....( adds more depth) It gives a more immersive feel while watching movies... And produces thumbing bass while blasting some tunes( you should keep it on -5 its too much when movie is playing🤓) Bluetooth is not so good it doesnt pair with my tv but with mobile phones its alright(V5.0) It does have every kind of connectivity you should possibly think of DOLBY AUDIO is working so well👍👍( try to connect with ARC, unless you wont notice the satelites 😊) The satelite speakers are dump while playing music but whenever a Dolby encoded audio is playing.... Whaaa.... 🤌 Display and Remote is working fine The subwoofer is only 6.5 on full diameter( they should have given an 8" because it is a 150W woofer🫤)but its good...... The subwoofer cable and the connecting cable between satelites speakers are long enough👍 Its been almost one year, no issues 👍 So thats it....... Good quality product from Zebs Literally VFM👍

remote quality out side 100 rs remote is bext insted of this and sattelite speakars very very low sound worst .very worst product dont buy this product in particularly in amazon . amzon not giving servic for this and even we i got defect product also they are not replace or return w have to go to customer service centre of zebronics and they asking Denial letter from service centre that thay will not provide and amaozon will not return and replace so Finally customer is lloosing everthing so dont buy from amazon same zebronics replacement is given by flipkart there is no such service center process in flipkart

This home theatre performance is awsome and the because of the performance it made all other brands looks overpriced for what they are providing. Believe me the bass,treble, surround seperation everything is good. Enough of my story telling. Lets get too pros and cons Pros : # BASS, is very good not too much or too low but if you want more there is level -5 to +5 if you want to get issues with your neighbour put in on +5 eith max volume and then your neighbour can also hear the sounds.(its very good) #OVERALL QUALITY,tge sounds and clarity and bulid quality evrything if fine. #surround sound is great and everyone telling its low which is good for professional surrounding sound effect but if you want more sound from them put in one aux mode and and get 3.5mm to 3.5mm aux connect it tou your mobile play dolby content and put the surround sound to +5 which max and you'll get a beautiful sound from them which you cant complain and thank me later for this tip #OVERALL,evrything good i cant express every single point here but believe me everything is good except the things ill tell you in cons section which is next. Cons : #if you use Bluetooth to play music youll get latency and 50 milliseconds sound difference from soundbar to surround speakers which sounds like a little echo (only on bluettoth) If you want to eliminate it we use news mode which gives pretty good performance conparing to default. #MI TV,my tv is not getting connecting no matter which cable i use i dont if its tv problem or this speaker but i use only aux and bluetooth in this one most of the time. #MINOR HUSH,there is some hush sound if you go closely to soundbar in center channel and it'll go away after and before and any sound playing in it and coming back again no tips for this cause i cant solution and its not that much only a little if you dont have super human ears like me you'll not hear anything. #REMOTE,come on zebronics you can do better on this quality, the remote quality is very bad and it will break like sphegatti if you lat little stress on that.
