Love the product but the softgels are a little large and always get caught in my throat.

I really like this product, but the capsules are always stuck together and I can’t get them out of the bottle. I have to literally cut open the bottle to get them out. So frustrating.

I was hesitant on purchasing these but I must say I seen them work for me. After about 3 days of taking them I'm not dry as I was I feel the difference. There's no taste at all the pills are a little bigger than my liking so you have to take with a lot of water but they definitely helped my skin if you will to be wet and that's the purpose of it I feel so much better. They kind of expensive I don't know how long I will be able to keep these up

This stuff works -- for a lot of things. I purchased them to help mainly with dry eye issues, and also for dry skin everywhere else. It worked beautifully -- I took the suggested dosage as directed daily for a few months. BUT -- After my annual physical blood work this year, I learned that sea buckthorn oil (especially a quality product like this) is very high in supplemental B12. Sounds good ... but wait ... My doctor was shocked at how high my B12 levels were -- nearly 2,000, which is very unusual. Normal levels are somewhere between 300 - 900, depending on the lab. Problem is, elevated B12 levels can sometimes indicate a very serious health problem. Or, it could mean that you're simply over-supplementing. But you can't assume anything. So my doctor had me list everything I was taking in the way of supplements, and then had me stop taking them for several weeks. After that, I had to return for a repeat blood test for B12. After stopping my ordinary multi-vitamin AND this product, my B12 levels went back down to the 600 range, which is normal. I was very worried until I was retested.
