It was very easy to set the combination for the lock and we are happy with how it works. Remains to be seen how it will stand up to northeast winters but I don’t have much reason to worry. This company has amazing customer service. They reached out a few days after we were supposed to have received the order (there had been a shipping mix up and we didn’t actually receive it). I let them know and they were extremely helpful in connecting me with the appropriate channels to remedy the situation and they even followed up to make sure it was handled to my satisfaction. I bought this lock to use on my gym locker. It was easy to set.

I was just hoping for a little gym locker lock, and since this says "lock for gym and school locker, I assumed it was a fairly small size. It's a pretty basic sized padlock, and basically overkill for a tiny gym locker, so it's sitting in a drawer unused. I guess it'll be nice to have if I need one in the future? It just didn't seem worth the hassle of returning.

Easy to set up combination.

I ordered this for my 13 year old son for his school gym locker because he said the school's lock was really hard to open and they could put their own lock on. It came Prime shipping and was defective. After contacting the company, I ordered a second and was refunded in a couple days. It worked flawlessly and he's very happy with the lock. The numbers move very smoothly and it's easy to set your own code with the included instructions. I'd order again.

The lock is pretty sturdy, no rusting and I live in an area where it rains a lot. I've had it for 1.5 years now to lock the fence on the back gate. Over the winter, the dials did freeze and in the spring we had to spray a bit of WD-40 on it to get them spinning again. Otherwise, I don't have any issues with it.

Just started working at an office that thinks it's Area 51 or something. Needed a substantial padlock to secure my phone and and bag in a school type locker in a busy hallway. Also wanted to recode it to my personal combination and recode it if I felt too many busy eyes were at work. This locks feels substantial, and seems to be of high quality. And setting my combination took about a minute flat. Highly recommend this lock.
