Quite light and moveable but when in use, it's incredibly stable. Best ball base I've found.

This has worked well for me with a 55 cm exercise ball used as desk chair. Even on the slick tile floor where I use it, the stand keeps the ball in place with just slight wobble, letting me work on keeping myself upright without having to lean on nearby furniture or wall. I have no complaints and find no reason not to recommend if the product description appeals.

This is a great base for exercise ball. Solid 1 piece- Holds the exercise ball great, & you can also attach exercise bands through the bottom. Very lucky to have found this. Packaged great & fast delivery Definitely recommend
