I'm truly impressed by this conditioner, and there are several reasons why it has become a new favorite in my hair care routine. First and foremost, it's not watered down, which is a significant advantage for someone like me with thick, unruly hair. Typically, I find myself using an excessive amount of conditioner to effectively coat my mid-length to ends, but with this product, I didn't need to slather it on. It's a blessing for my hair and my wallet, as the 6.76-ounce bottle might seem small, but the product goes a long way, making it an economical choice. Applying the conditioner is a breeze; it effortlessly glides through wet hair, aiding in detangling and reducing those pesky knots. However, what truly sets this conditioner apart is its transformative effects on my hair. Not only did it combat frizz more effectively than my usual choices, but it left my hair feeling exceptionally soft and remarkably more manageable. The scent is another delightful surprise. To my senses, it carries a delightful fusion of vanilla, coconut, and almond notes, and I find it to be just the right balance, not overpowering at all. This conditioner from Le Petit Olivier certainly comes across as a more expensive conditioner than it is. It smells great - light, sweet, almondy, NOT perfumey - and has a thick body to it. It distributes well in my hair (this may be weird to note, but I have had conditioners which kind of clumped up and were hard to move around) and washes out well too. I do not comb my hair while it's wet so I cannot speak to the detangling abilities of this conditioner. I do know that when dry, my hair was tame and not frizzy which is a big hallelujah moment for me. I have a lot of trouble with frizz when the weather gets cooler and the heater comes on and it's been challenging finding a conditioner that keeps the frizz down without making my hair feel weighted down or greasy. This conditioner does exactly this! I am a new fan.

Didn’t condition my hair very well.

This conditioner is not watered down, which is a huge plus for me, I have thick frizzy hair and usually have to use a ton to coat my middle to ends but I did not need to use as much with this one, so I am thankful for that. You do not get a lot of product at 6.76oz, but I didn’t need to use a ton so it should still last. It was easy to finger comb through wet hair, helped with my tangles, but most importantly, my hair was less frizzy than usual, and my hair felt softer and more manageable . The scent has a vanilla/coconut/almond scent, at least to my nose, but i did not think it was overpowering and either way, I love the scent. Overall, I really like this conditioner, adds very needed moisture, gentle on my dry, damaged hair, no negative reactions, and with that, I would recommend.
