There is hardly any insulation...handle heats up pretty much.

Useless, Don't waste your money
Used it on my cast iron tawa that came without any heat protection by default. Puttin on the product required usage of a lubricant, as it was ridiculously tight. Upon usage, it is not protecting against the heat from the handle at all, this is what it is supposed to do. An absolute waste of money, time and effort. Please stay away from such useless products.
