Recibí el instrumento y tuve problemas con la afinación de la dos primeras cuerdas, rompían al intentar ajustar el tono. Envié un mensaje a Vangoa con este problema y desde el minuto 1 tomaron interés por el problema contactando conmigo para darme soluciones. Me enviaron dos juegos de cuerdas completos, cambié todas las cuerdas y el problema se ha solucionado. Estoy disfrutando de una Mandolina que suena muy bien y con un precio muy competitivo. This instrument has a lovely tone combined with plenty of volume, the inbuilt pickups make amping up very easy. It has an action that will fit most styles of playing plus there is the option to tweak the action to suit the individual choice. Given an hour or two to play in the strings, once they settle, they stay in tune extremely well. The instrument is well made and nicely finished, it sits well in the hands. The inclusion of the extras, especially the electronic tuner, which is very easy to use and very accurate, are very welcome. The included soft case is very good quality and will protect the instrument very well for a long time.

El instrumento responde perfectamente a lo que yo esperaba. Mi modelo es la mandolina eléctrica y, sin conectar ya tiene un volumen de sonido bastante bueno y de buena calidad. Sin embargo me dí cuenta enseguida que la parte inferior del puente de madera presenta una fisura longitudinal. Ese puente deberían haberlo desechado y no ponerlo en la mandolina, porque desmerece todo el producto cuando dicha parte cuesta muy poco dinero. El vendedor se ha puesto enseguida en contacto conmigo para resolver el problema y me va a enviar un puente nuevo así como cuerdas de repuesto y un afinador en compensación por el problema de fábrica.
