Lifesaver!
This comb was imbedded into my palm by the time my daughter came out lol it really helped me through, I recommend it a thousand times! It doesn’t eliminate the pain don’t get me wrong but it helped shift the focus, also my bed only had one side rail propped up so this helped balanced my clenching and not crush my husbands fingers 🤣

Got me through contractions!
The human body is truly incredible. I was determined to have an intervention & pain free birth and came across this comb in my research. I cannot even express how happy I am with my birthing experience. This comb along with hynobirthing breathing techniques were a total game changer. I wish I’d known about this before my first baby because my experiences were night and day. Every woman needs this comb! Will be gifting every pregnant woman I know this moving forward.

Perfect for Laboring
I desired to have an unmedicated birth with my third child. As I read and prepared, I wanted something to help during contractions so I purchased this comb to help distract my brain through the intensity of a contraction. It did exactly that. I held onto my trusty comb for 2hrs when faced with contractions. Will be purchasing for all my pregnant friends.

Sturdy comb for pain relief!
If the goal of using this comb during birth is to distract yourself from BIG pain with smaller pain...I think you'd achieve that goal. This comb is a nice, sturdy, aesthetic item that I can see being a good tool in a birthing kit arsenal. I'm not pregnant, but I plan to be in the next year or so, so I'm starting to compile and test out some items that I'd want to use for my birthing experiences. Pros: - The wood construction is sturdy. I forced myself to give it a good squeeze or two, and I don't think it would break under normal use pressure. - It fits perfectly in my hands in a few different positions. I tried it with the teeth toward the palm of my hand and then rotated the comb so the teeth faced my fingers...both worked for a good grip. - The teeth are sharp, but not pointed like a pencil or something intended to pierce or puncture. - Comes with a small plastic carrying case Cons: - I don't understand why the back says, "I love you Mom." I mean, I understand that it's for pregnant women to use during labor, so they're becoming moms...but is this supposed to be a gift from my newborn baby? Haha. It's just a little strange and detracts from the aesthetic. Other than the one (admittedly) personal preference about the random message on the back, I don't have any other concerns with this product and would recommend it if you're looking for a natural approach to pain relief during labor.

Nice Comb...
I ordered this for my husband because it seemed like a nice travel comb. And it is. It comes in a plastic case that is easy to stuff in your suitcase or carryon, yet small enough to keep in your pocket. He likes it quite a bit, but stated that it "pulls" a little, which means it isn't flowing smoothly through the beard. Other than that, he's been using it for a few days and hasn't had any problems at all. For the price, you're getting a decent comb that seems to work.
