I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. I've read the reviews on these pills and my personal experience I'm 💯 percent satisfy. The relieve of the hot flashes has basically disappeared, gone. I'm ordering my 2nd bottle. By the time I finish my 2nd bottle and I continue feeling the way I've been feeling without hot flashes gone I will subscribe cause them hot flashes were the worst and I was a very unhappy camper on how I was feeling. This is my personal experience and its been great and I'm so thankful for these pills. The only advice I can give we're all different it may or may not work the way it did for me, but I do say give it some time to work. I started feeling relieve within my 1st week of starting the pills.
