We bought these for staging a home. They are much more elegant than the previous glass ones we had that broke after just a few months of using the pump. We get lots of compliments on these and they look really classy. We have I think five of them in the house! On an early order the pump parts had some grease stains from the manufacturing process that I could not get off. The seller sent us some replacements which a family member accidentally threw away and the seller sent us back a second round of replacements also free without us even asking. She also answered all my questions verifying that they were in fact made in the USA (not just assembled) and lead free. She had some great information for that. This seller has patience as the day is long!!! Zero complaints. Very positive experience. Update: February 16, 2019: These things hold up SO well! They still look brand new. I have even dropped one hard in the sink and I was surprised it did not break. Also, the nozzle parts are all still intact! I was surprised by that! They have no rust whatsoever. Also, if the nozzle ever gets clogged, cover your finger over it and keep pumping and it starts working again no problem. We have used these for homemade handsoap and still have had no issues. So pleased with these purchases and seller! Update on the Update: May 14, 2019: I keep dropping these things on hard sinks and they have never gotten dinged or damaged. I am super impressed. Also, I would recommend every so often removing the white upper part on the inside under the metal pump. If you fill soap all the way to the top it can get some mildew, but I just cleaned it off and it was good as new. If you fill the pump to just a tiny bit below that white piece inside you probably wouldn't even have to think about it. I was a bit overzealous on my refilling... Still super pleased with this product. Looks just as good as when I first bought it. Update x 3 July 13, 2020- All pumps are still going strong! Not one has broken. To respond to a review that said theirs was squirting their shirt, that only happens to us if the pump needs cleaned. The tips recommended earlier in this review help eliminate that issue. A light maintenance of these keeps them working properly for us without any issues! I probably only clean these about twice a year maybe? That's been enough to keep them looking good and staying functional. Also, we make our own soap, and these pumps can handle that. Some pumps clog up with homemade soap, but ours do not. Sometimes we use a variety of ingredients to make our own soap. Usually we just take a bar of Kirk's Castile Fragrance Free soap, cut it down into fine bits (takes like three minutes with a good chopping knife), add filtered water, and shake a few seconds to mix it into a liquid soap. I can fill about 4 pumps with just one bar of soap. When we have new guests, I tend to add a liquid castile soap and filtered water and mix that together by shaking. Liquid soaps have water anyway, so this mixture is still very functional and looks great. This being the case, these pumps have saved us a decent amount of money in the last couple years. I am still very pleased with our purchase and got on here to order another one today for lotion for our master bath. I hope this helped someone with their purchase! This is much higher quality than I expected. The glass is heavy, which is great for stability and less chance of breakage, and the pump works smoothly. It's very attractive, elegant and classy looking, but it's also sturdy and functional. So much junk on Amazon, but this is NOT in that category! One thing to know, though, is that it is tall -- I do wish the pump sat a little lower on the neck of the bottle, but that's mostly because of the setup in my bathroom and where it has to go to be used.

Excellent quality. I admit, I was very hesitant to order something glass to put dish soap in and sit out on my kitchen sink. But I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the glass. This isn’t a fragile, delicate glass like I feared. It’s actually quite sturdy. It has rolled off the counter into the sink a time or two, and has held up. The pump works fine, and it adds a little decorative flair instead of a big ole bottle of dish soap. I like it.

Beautiful dispensers that look great in my bathroom! I bought two and put soap in one and mouthwash in the other. Pumps are real metal, not just a cheap veneer like you so often find. Love them!

Like the heavy base, finish matches my faucet. Doesn’t drip after a pump, that was a concern before I placed the order. They only thing I’d change... the pump body inside has a clear uptake straw but a white top. Would have matched better if it too was black. Almost perfect. Just a couple days old but would buy again at this point. Pumping my Dawn just fine!

This dispenser is heavy-weight and the pump seems to be quite well made. I am using this one for dish soap and plan on ordering two more to go with it for other products on my kitchen sink. It is working very well so far. It is very attractive as-is but I plan on attaching a chain with a small tag naming the product it holds.

I paid $17 for this pump which in my opinion was pricey but needed this particular style to match another pump. It is nice and heavy. I filled it with dish detergent and it slipped out my hands and fell on my ceramic tile kitchen floor. . . it didn’t even have a scratch! Well worth the money, sturdy, heavy and well made!

Love love love this, it has the heft that I was hoping for. I use it for dish soap. My old dish soap dispenser was supposed to be bamboo but turned out to be mostly plastic, was hard to open to refill and then fell apart. This one came in and I was so impressed with the quality of the glass and the pump. It works like a charm and is easy to open and clean. Very sturdy and high quality. It also looks lovely on my counter.
