I’ve tried a few and I like the taste of these. More like a fruit gummy. They really do help you get to sleep and have a good night’s rest.

Have ordered this several times. I don’t always need help sleeping, but some nights I can just tell that’s going to be the case. The dosage is 2 gummies, but most times I only take 1 and it is all I need. Even if you don’t take one until you’re about to slip into bed, it works pretty quickly. It’s just a nice, gentle aid. Recommend.
