NaturVet 5000 Count Brewer's Dried Yeast Formula with Omegas

We bought this as a natural treatment for fleas and ticks - one of our dogs is a tick magnet and comes back from every walk with at least one attached. Since using this we have only had one tiny tick, which is a fabulous improvement and far better than the chemicals we resorted to before learning about this.

Used this product for a few years and have been happy with it. However, for this order, the expiry/ best before date was scraped off/ illegible. The top and cushioning cotton inside the container was yellowed; to be fair, I cannot tell if this is due to age or power from the tablets which are in loose form. The main label outside the container also looked faded compared to my old bottle which I bought 1 year ago; I don't know if its old age or due to manufacturer changing the label color tone. Taking all these into consideration, I decided to return the product to be on safe side.

The benefits of brewer's yeast in a dog's diet has been well known for years and having the extra boost of garlic makes it even better. I recommend this for any dog owner.

We have used this product consistently for years for our fur babies. It helps immensely with itching and other skin issues, such as dry skin. It allows their coats to be thicker and shinier. It also has the added benefit of warding off bugs and mosquitos from those fur loved ones that ride closer to the ground. A recent benefit which we have found is that it helps with digestive issues and keeps their little systems healthy longer. We are able to have our pets eat these like a treat and they get 2 a day. Great value for the money and I am sure most will agree that we must have good quality for our beloved pets. This product really hits the mark!

My dogs love this brewer's yeast product. I have not seen any fleas, so I'm guessing it helps keep them away. Their coats always look good, so I can't say it's helped there. I use it mainly for flea/tick repellant, rather than using pesticide. I will use pesticide as a very last resort, but for now, there is no need.
