I initially bought this much cheaper outdated Samsung smart phone to update to the latest Android version for an oft-used app that no longer supported the older versions. It serves all my needs very well so far as a result. After 3-1/2 months of daily use this phone still works greats. I was a bit leary about purchasing a refurbished electronic device, but am pleased with its performance and the overall Samsung quality, as usual. There was no apparent evidence of it being used previously. No scratches or defects at all. All components were included as expected. Different from my previous Note 8 phone, this one takes much longer to charge. Even the Samsung wireless fast charger doesn't seem to speed things up much comparatively. Maybe with the larger battery capacity that is just the way things work now. Either way, I make due with the slower charge time just fine.

Bought in excellent condition, came in quick in a nice box with charger cable. Two little tiny scratches on screen but unless you're purposely looking for it with the screen off it's impossible to see otherwise. Slight scratches on body but also negligible and have no affect on phone use; I put the phone in a case anyways. Works great with what seems to be a new battery installed. Battery health was 100%. Phone quality 9.5/10. Great price and service, thank you!

Another swing and a miss from a refurbished phone. Where do I even start with this thing Screen: Advertised as a 120hz screen, but in handling the device, it is obvious that it is not. The smoothness that you would expect feels more like a slide show. Constant stutters and massive screen tears are common. The glass seems dramatically weaker than it should be. I got a crack from my phone being in a pocket and the wrong angle or something, I couldn't even tell you. Charging: If your charger is not at the correct nano angle, it won't charge. It will also stop charging randomly. I've had to take several minutes to get my device to charge Water resistance: If your camera gets wet for even a second, it will take days to get the water out of the lenses, leaving your camera useless Camera: Randomly fails while in use. Videos will pause while recording and camera will freeze and stutter while taking pictures

I ordered this renewed phone expecting a decent phone for the price but I was very pleasantly surprised. It arrived in great shape with a charger and even a tool to open the Sim card slot. The phone had slight scratches on the edges on the body of the phone itself but the screen is perfect with no blemishes or issues at all. I'm on my v decided day of using the phone and I'm enjoying it!! Excellent purchase and I will definitely come back to this company in the future.

Work flawlessly

Amazing device came as advertised and have yet to face a single problem with it outside of battery draining a little faster than I would expect it to during day to day use. The camera quality is great ,the speakers are great,fingerprint reader works flawlessly and the screen is beautiful. All and all a good buy that id make again

This phone functioned well. However, it is not as new as the one my son gave me as a gift, which is new and seems to be the top range of the model by Samsung. I learnt a lesson that I should not expect a refurbish one to perform like a brand new one. I hesitated and then I decided to make return and to spend more for a new one. I would like to say many thanks to Amazon and the vendar becaure the return and refund went very smooth and I am very happy - This is the first time I applied for return and refund. The procedure was not as stressful as I thought before.

The galaxy was missing cables and plugs.

Llevo poco con el pero ha funcionado bien, fue reacondicionado excelente y sólo tiene detalles en la pintura de los lados, nada que afecte su funcionamiento

El teléfono en si es espectacular, mi puntuación baja es porque me prometieron un renovado con calificación "excelente" y llegó uno golpeado, y agrégale que el celular ya no recibe actualizaciones desde Enero 2024. Y , terminar el vendedor me comunique para ver si podía resolver algo y solo me dijo: si no te gustó has la devolución, la cuál hice y ya van 15 días y no he recibido nada aún.
