Really lovely cup, keeps my tea warm for around an hour without the lid on!

I purchased this after deciding that ceramic is the preferred option over stainless steel or glass for a travel coffee mug. There were so many to choose from but I found that a lot of reviews would mention that the ceramic mugs aren’t leak proof, but this one had great reviews and claims to be 100% leak proof. The mug is a nice size and I like the simplicity in the design. However it is definitely not leak proof, I took the mug to work (mug was upright in the side netting holder of my rucksack) and by the time I got there half of the coffee had leaked out. The photos attached are from when I then wiped the mug and checked the lid was on properly, which it was - and then taking a sip. As you can see, coffee is literally leaking out of the side. Coffee also doesn’t stay warm for long - by the time I got to work what was left was luke-warm at best. Mug was also scratched upon arrival. Super disappointing and will be requesting a full refund.

Really keeps my cuppa tea or coffee hot. Exactly what I wanted. Fabulous colour. No metallic taste as it's ceramic. Brilliant

Ordered this coffee-coloured thermal ceramic mug to replace one ive had ages but, sadly, accidently broke recently. Its not as thermal as one or two of my other thermal mugs, but its handy to have on my desk during work hours. Washes nicely. Lid rubber broke on previous mug so i hope this one lasts longer,, we shall see. Even without the rubber seal, it works well enough for my needs. The inner lining is white ceramic which is great for those wanting to avoid plastic mugs, or nickel-ridden stainless steel mugs for hot drinks. I wouldnt take it out with me as i find them not thermal enough nor leak-free enough, but great for indoor usage.

I have ordered this twice and received a damaged product. The ceramic lining inside has been cracked, very poor experience overall.

The product is fine exactly what I ordered the problem is delivery the parcel was left on my doorstep (directly next to the street) it's only luck it was still there when I got home hours later when there we're instructions to deliver next door

Es ist kein Thermobecher, man spürt die Wärme außen (ist nicht heiß), der Inhalt kühlt aber ab, ist nach ca 1-2 Std schon nur noch lauwarm. Ist aber auslaufsicher, Keramik innen ist auch alles prima.

Not as described. I bought this as it said it was ceramic lined. It’s not! It’s metal. Very disappointing

It doesn’t keep the hot drink warm as it states I tried it the day after it arrived my coffee became cold with in an hour.
