This is our 3rd Serweet Memory Foam Hybrid mattress and I am sure that it won’t be our last! These mattresses are super comfortable and the price cannot be beat for the quality! Comes compressed and rolled in a box, super easy for 2 people to unpack, it is a little heavy, queen size, but easy to manage with 2 people! Serweet includes a tool inside the instruction envelope that makes cutting open the plastic wrapping super easy without the risk of accidentally cutting into your mattress. Once the plastic bag is cut, the mattress will quickly expand, so best to lay it out right on whatever surface it will call home. They say it can take up to 48 hours to fully expand, the pictures show the mattress almost immediately after unpackaging and about 30 minutes later…my son was ready to take a nap on it within an hour, he said it was soooo comfortable! Our first 2 Serweet mattresses are about 2 years old and they still feel as plush and comfortable as they did on the first night, I am optimistic that this new mattress will last and perform the same. I loved this mattress it is like any other that costs much more money, it is very comfortable and I feel that it has helped me with my back pain I bought it for my room and I recommended it to my family and they bought it in king size and queen size too. We loved it 10/10

This was my husband and I’s first time shopping for a brand new mattress so we didn’t really know what to look for or what we liked. This bed was a great price with great reviews. When taking it out, it inflated perfectly, we waited the full 72 hrs. The edges are not weak and have held up well. No odor or fiberglass problems. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because we messed up and ordered one that was too soft. We have realized now after having it 3 months that we need a firmer bed because we’ve started leaving dents in the bed and wake up some mornings with back pain. This isn’t the mattresses fault, we didn’t know what we needed when we ordered it but now we do! Customer service is working with us on return plan so we haven’t wasted our money. Would definitely recommend if you want an affordable softer memory foam.

It’s very difficult to find a mattress for a travel trailer that you can get a good night’s sleep in when in it for months at a time. Look no further. This mattress is perfect and worth every cent. We’ve gone through every brand and size and toppers with no luck over the past 7 years of trying. My sister and I are larger (260 lb.) girls that travel together but getting a good night sleep has been difficult. We removed the short Queen platform and put in two 14” high twin frames year this summer. Great added storage space also. Now we both have our own space and it is a great mattress. No more back aches and room enough for miniature schnauzers to join us at night.

So I must say, my 8" queen hybrid is absolutely perfect in every way. First of all I actually have had zero pain since I started sleeping on your mattress which says a lot. Second, One of my pillows I use for my flank and stomach for certain side and stomach sleeping positions has been removed entirely because your bed makes it unnecessary. It feels as though no matter how my body lies, it's not going to be uncomfortable in any way. Third, memory foam for me sleeps kind of hot and feels awkward while turning at night due to the deep impression my body makes, and your mattress does not have that problem. I have stayed cool all night (which is almost unscientific for me) and quick turning produces no strange sensation or result. I feel like I'm sleeping on something familiar yet entirely exotic at the same time. Finally, overall the mattress is quite beautiful, especially for the price I paid. Tell who ever designed this bad boy and who ever put it all together a big thank you and God bless...I feel like a new man every morning.

First time ordering a mattress online, was a little leery. Mattress came on time. It popped open and let it set. I don't like a soft bed. This bed is perfect! Very comfortable. I get up well rested.

Mattress is ok but could be better. Not the best sleep that I have gotten. Also, after waiting the recommended 72 hours + it only reached 10” and not the 12” that I paid for which is disappointing and probably why it’s not as plush as I would have liked.

Changing my original post... try this mattress for 30 days and it might work well. Sadly, it will quickly pass the return window and you will be stuck with the mattress, and in our case, our backs had never been more sore. We purchased a different mattress before and were in love with the foam and the feel but this particular one has dimples (divets) all over the top of the bed which we feel are part of the reason for the morning discomfort. We did try a memory foam topper to see if that could help, and it did feel great. If you like firm mattresses, this one might be for you, but the dimples do take some time for your back to adjust. Overall, a comfy bed to sit and relax on but not great for sleeping.

the perfect balance between firm and squishy. super comfortable. no stiff anything after sleeping on it for over half a year. no weird smells upon arrival. a bit late, but great customer service.

Its a good medium to firm bed. I added a 3" memory foam topper for a bit more plush on top as the one it has is fairly thin. I get hot at night, but it could be the topper plus I'm at that age of hot flashes so is possibly inevitable.

Very happy with this mattress. It was delivered in a timely manner. Easy to unbox. We waited 48 hours before use with no smell issues. The bed is very comfortable.

Had this mattress in Queen for several years and loved it so much got in king too when we upgraded our main bed. Tried a ton of mattresses at furniture stores and they never had the right feel to them. This one is firm and soft at the same time, you’re properly supported, even if you have a back injury or are heavy set. We’ve kept our queen size version to have in our spare room, as even after several years it still feels great. It’s really easy to assemble too, can be done by one person, although it is heavy when it’s rolled up.

Excellent customer service I bought a king mattress from the Serweet company about a month ago. The reason why I chose this company is that 3 years ago I bought a mattress from the same company for my daughter. I was very satisfied with the quality and comfort of this mattress. He regained his form immediately. Unfortunately, this time the mattress did not return to its shape even after 72 hours of rest as suggested by the company. So I contacted Serweet customer service to let them know about the problem. I was impressed by the quality of their service and the speed of the response time.
