These cooling masks are great. I use them frequently and have had them for year. I do wish they stayed cold a little bit longer but overall great!

Loved this for my eyes but I really loved it when I had all my teeth pulled. I turned it upside down around my mouth for the swelling. Worked great 👍👍

I've two eye issues going on, one needing warm treatments, one needing cold. These take good care of me, I like the one with the eye holes when I want at least a little treatment but still want to see to do things. For me, if I find it's not too hot/cold, maybe I've already worn then awhile, I'll flip the headstrap around and put the plastic side against my face and it's still comfortable. I have a friend needing warm only eye treatments so I sent some to her, too, and she absolutely loves them. Well done, Luxtude!

These masks are great if you want to chill them, but if you would like to heat it up, you might have a problem. The directions say that they can withstand at least 5 seconds in a standard microwave. Which still is not a very long time. The jellies start exploding after 3 seconds in the microwave. Don't advertise that these masks can be used "hot or cold" if they cannot withstand the heat. The concept is there, But the technology needs improvement.

The one with the cut outs is not a favorite. The eye cut-outs are too large, and it doesn't heat the lash area. The solid one it nice. The heat lasts a long time. It is comfortable, and I can arrange it so only one eye is covered at a time. You need a microwave to heat it, so it is not useful in hotel rooms. I wish that they made these for one eye at a time.

These masks worked well and stayed chill for at least 20 minutes. I had alot of bruising and needed to switch out. The mask with holes allows you to watch TV while u r wearing .

This item broke the first time I tried using it. The plastic seam opened up while spilling out all over the bed. The beads ruptured and went into my clothing as well as my bedding. This also created a hazard for my kitten who could have easily eaten them. The fit, softness and comfortability was fine but the double seal was poorly executed resulting in my having to throw the entire item out. Unfortunately I waited to use mine after the 30 day return window so nothing could be done. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing.

Love this set. Great price, perfect for relaxing and soothing eye area. Both two sets, one for a friend, and one for me.
