Wrong Manual and weak, but a great fan
It has been 18 months. The fan is strong and works well. The manual you get with it claims it has motion sensor and humidity sensor! That it does not. It is intimidating and confusing, showing you the circuits and some adjustments you should do. but it does not exist in this model. This is a very simple fan, you just need to remove the shell and detach the back if needed and place it on the other side of the wall/glass/board you are installing this on. Just look at the fan for a couple of minutes and you figure it out. The manual does not provide any useful information how to install it. just throw away the manual and use your own judgment it is an easy job. It is pleasantly quiet but weak. My master bedroom has a giant built in fan that is installed on the roof, so I just added this one to boost the vacuum process. But if you want to rely only on this fan alone to suck the humidity and odors, it will not do the job. By the way, what kind of seller put a wrong useless manual in the package? Perhaps someone who does not read English.

Damper is noisy when windy outside.
Fan works great but have it installed in bathroom ceiling with the backflow damper and when wind is blowing outside, it opens the damper and causes a flapping noise as it opens and closes. Very irritating to constantly hear it. Only way I can figure out to stop it is removing the damper.

Great for chicken coop ventilation
I bought this as a small fan to ventilate our chicken coop. It's been running 24/7 all summer long without missing a beat. Would buy again. Very nice clean looking

Perfect for older bathroom
We converted an old bathroom with just a tub to a tub/shower and added this to the window. A much easier and more economical way to add a fan. Not very loud. Easy to install. My husband bought a remote switch to turn it on and off next to the light and not have to plug in to use.

So far so good. Use it my home gym.
Seems to work as described. I have only had it installed for about 2 days but it does exhaust air from my home gym. I had to replace the power cords as I needed about 8 more inches to reach my outlet. So far so good. I bought a wifi Smart plug and set a schedule for it to run on. Also control it thru my phone if I'm working out

Less air flow than expected
Did not work for my intended use, but it may work for your application. I built my hobby room with seven 4 inch "dryer vents" & dust collection blast gates to connect to airbrush paint booth, laser engraver enclosure, 3D printer enclosure, etc. to exhaust fumes to the outside. My thought was I would install this fan to one of the vents to help with venting the room when needed. ** These are the limitations I found for my application... Your milage may vary. LOL ** The GOOD: 1) Seams well constructed. 2 )Thin profile does not stick out that far from the wall. 3 )Has two flaps that prevent air to blow back in when the fan is not on. 4) Contemporary design, doesn't stick out like a sore thumb when installed on your wall. 5) Fits inside of a sheet metal tube of a 4" dryer vent (a little loose, may need calking to seal properly). 6) Very quiet when in use. The NOT SO GOOD: 1) Power cord is short, about 3FT. 2) No ON/OFF switch. Power cord looks to be 18/2 lamp cord so an inline switch would be an easy fix. 3) Weak air flow. The CFM was under powered, it would not even push open the light weight flap on the dryer vent. If I manually held open the dryer vent flap the air flow would then increase. This is a nice unit, but under powered in my opinion. If you are not using a dryer vent with a flap and only using it to exchange air in a room it may work for you, although a bathroom type exhaust fan will work far better.

My bathrooms old fan finally died. Looked everywhere locally to find. Found this one here. Had to use some plywood the hole was bigger. Worked out well functions as intended.

Good little exhaust fan for smaller spaces and easy to install. I mounted this one in our newly renovated fan-less bathroom, and it does the job. It's pretty quiet, although probably not "whisper-silent" as some of the more expensive models. The one thing I wasn't too impressed with and dinged it a star for is that the check valve is a bit flimsy and can stay open (letting unwanted outside air in). Fixed that by mounting a separate beefier valve and now it works perfectly, while still being well below the price level of pretty much any other exhaust fan.
