Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set, 10-Inch and 12-Inch Frying Pans

I love this Caphalon cookware. It’s nice looking. The 12 inch pan is deeper than a regular skillet. You can cook a big pan of chili or sauté chicken. Plenty of room. Doesn’t stick. It’s pretty heavy, so heat distribution is good. Easy to clean because, well, food doesn’t stick. Highly recommend. Note: Did not come with lids but I found a nice universal lid that fits sizes 10”, 11” and 12” pans. I only have to store one lid but can use it on several size pans. Check it out.

Expensive but so worth it, never will I buy a different brand love using my pans

I ordered this set after my previous Calphalon set needed replacing. My previous set worked like a charm for about 10 years so I wanted to go with the same brand again. These are really fantastic. They are very sturdy and the non-stick has definitely gotten better over the past 10 years. You can actually sautéed vegetables that have some water content without oil. The shape is different than the previous design but my old lids are still working (sort of, not an air tight fit but they do the job). Highly recommend.
