I used this product to replace a swivel on a living room chair. The original product broke because the bearing could not tolerate the weight and constant use. This product is much more heavy duty and appears that it will be used beyond the life of the chair. It was easy to install and I recommend it highly.

Works great. This replaced a cheap swivel plate on a swivel chair that had small plastic like BBs for rotating which continued to come out of the round groove. This plate fit perfectly with no modifications needed. We have two of these chairs and I may replace the other one too. Highly recommend if your' replacing one or building your own.
