Lovely ingredients for a cheesecake base, but very expensive considering what they cost in the US

Great for American Recipes
Following american recipes, substituting digestive biscuits for grahams crackers never seems to work. Assume the butter absorbency of the 2 types of biscuits must be different. Using these Graham crackers for a american cheesecake base turned out great!

Very small bits and an even consistency, better than I can do myself with rolling pin. It made a delicious pie crust.
