Received the package which was open bottle had no seal which eventually leaked, the product was extremely diluted and did not smell anything like the original.Complained several times no response for return or refund received!

I was looking for something gentle for your little one's hair. It’s got oat and shea butter in it, so it’s super soothing and keeps their hair soft and tangle-free. The formula is nice and mild—no tears during bath time, which is greats. It smells really light and not overpowering at all. Plus, no harsh stuff in the ingredients, so you can feel good about using it every day. All in all, it’s a solid, reliable shampoo that makes bath time way easier and keeps kids’ hair looking and feeling great.

Please be aware that it leaves horrible, huge flaky chunks on child hair. I ordered this a month ago and I noticed my 8 year old has big dandruff like flakes on her hair sometimes, extremely close to her scalp. I realised that she couldn’t wash off all the shampoo from her and this happened

I’ve been using Aveeno Kids Shampoo on my daughter, and it’s been really gentle on her scalp. It lathers nicely and rinses out easily without leaving any residue. The scent is light, which I like, but I do feel the bottle runs out quicker than expected. Good product, just wish it lasted longer.
