I got a large, i am 5”4 and i weigh 198. Had my baby girl 5 weeks ago so i needed something to help me before moving up into a faja waist trainer. I used this while working out 15-30 minutes. It will have sweat pouring and it comes with some sample of sweat cream for you to try. I lost 3 inches in my waist. It’s pretty comfortable and the length on it is a good size.

I recently got the Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer and overall, it’s a very good product. It comes in a nice box, but I think it would look more professional (and hygienic) if the belt came sealed inside a plastic bag within the box. Otherwise, anyone could try it on and return it, which doesn’t feel very safe. Aside from that, I’m really happy with how it works, it makes you sweat a lot during workouts and helps shape your waist nicely. The material feels strong and comfortable, and it stays in place even during high-intensity exercises. Definitely worth it, just wish the packaging was a bit more secure.
