Terrible design choices from a popular brand
The plastic lid traps heat and causes discomfort when drinking, leading to burns on the upper lip. Additionally, the stainless steel interior alters the taste of beverages, making chamomile and black tea tasteless, and coffee bitter. Furthermore, the cup's size does not fit most car cup holders.
