Easy to replace for a DIY’er. Works fine. I replaced my OEM Yamaha pump thinking that was causing my engine issue (lose of power/sputtering under acceleration). It turns out it was the fuel hose pump from the tank to the engine. This fuel pump works just fine however.

Quality does the work But in and outlets weak.needs improvement. Brass inlet and outlets would be more secure even if the cost is higher people would buy it

Plastic nipples break very easily.

Not quite own but will work in a pinch. I would expect this product to work well with any outboard that is running properly. Easy removal and replacement for anyone with a few tools. This pump does not have the same weight as the original however it seems well built.

Fits perfect on my 2001 F25MSHZ 25hp yamaha outboard. Works great, no issues. Thanks!

It unbelievably was the exact fuel pump I needed but I did have the part # so that helped I was worried it would be the wrong pump anyway . On a different note the delivery date was spot on and the price was great so all in all a great purchase experience thanks to South Marine

Fit my 2005 Yamaha 40hp four stroke. Doesn't come with the rubber o-ring that the factory original pump had to seal to the crankcase properly, so make sure to use the one from your old fuel pump. Easy to install and works as it should after installation.
