Worked Great for 7.5 Years
Loved the simplicity, space saving and artistic design. Recently stopped working correctly, whichI found out that the air pump will need replacement ($13-$15 part). Don't know if I should buy again if people are having them knonk-out after a few months.

Great coffee maker - even when it has an issue
We bought this April 2017 and have used it everyday. It makes the best coffee and easy to use. Doesnt take a lot of room on the counter and is perfect. Yesterday morning, Feb 10, 2017 it decided to not work. No warning at all. Put in water and coffee pressed button - nothing. No light nothing at all. So we moved to a different plug - still wont work. I purchased a 3 year extra warranty thru Asurion and emailed them. Within minutes I got a return call and they told me to call Keurigs 800 number. So I did. The guy was wonderful, apologized and said they would send me a new coffee maker within 3 days. I was shocked expecting a run around and got none. Nothing but help.

Leap of Faith Purchase - Read on!
11/5/18 Four months later and my Keurig has performed flawlessly. The review below was based on using my own ground coffee with the Universal K Cup. I am happy to report that this unit works just as well with K Cup Pods. I will update this review if my Keurig fails in any way as so many have had such bad luck with this model. It appears Keurig has redesigned this unit, I wonder if it will have more fans. TIme will tell.I was hesitant to purchase this Keurig based on the reviews. Reviewers either loved it or hated it. I wanted something simple for brewing just one fresh cup in the evening so I didn't have to reheat the morning brew from my drip coffeemaker. I was also wasting coffee. I also wanted to be able to brew using my own coffee so I purchased the most recent version of the K-Cup reusable filter. I am in the early stages of using it but so far I'm impressed. I've made 8 ounces of coffee and 10 ounces. The taste has been excellent, the temperature about the same as my drip machine. It is easy to use. I did call Keurig when setting it up because this unit did not have the 6-8-10 measuring unit on the left side that I saw in some videos. I thought it was missing. I was told that came in the prior K-10 Model of this series. The nice lady at Keurig did recommend using a coarse coffee grind because fine grinds will clog the system. I use filtered water so hopefully that will keep maintenance of the unit minimal. If you are looking for a one cup at a time not to exceed 10 ounces brewer this will fill your needs. This review is based on me using the K-cup reusable filter which is easy to use. I will update this review if the unit fails in any way and if I do try the K-cup Pods. My recommendation is to take any reviews you read with a grain of salt. There are so many variables that affect the performance of a coffeemaker. Also know the limitations of your product before you purchase it.

Keurig.....So You Think You Can Trust A Brand Name?!
I am super unhappy with this Keurig. I have been a long-time user of Keurig coffee makers, but this one just does not cut the mustard. Unfortunately, because we bought it for our RV, we did not test it in time to meet the NARROW window of return opportunity. What is that about???? The plastic was cheap, the coffee was cold, and the functionality was awkward. We feel duped. This is an update to the above review following an actual call to Keurig:Buyers, many companies have teams now-a-days where there job is to watch reviews for negative comments and then respond. The notion is to show others reading them "oh, hey...look, this buyer had a bad experience, but the company was very responsive and is offering to rectify the situation". The reason is multi-pronged. For instance, the company wants to show they "care" as well as that they are doing something about the issue...that they stand behind their product. I decided to actually call due to the real frustration regarding this K15 model Keurig. Well, this is where things crumble regarding Keurig's concern or desire to do something for the buyer of their machines. I was basically told I must be an idiot, a liar, or a thief. The representative was surely trained to respond to customer calls as her answers were very "canned", meaning taught responses and tactfully defensive regarding Keurig's machine quality and how so many other buyers are raving about this machine (why do I care-just a further attempt to belittle me?). Despite my desire to move into a better built model (hopefully), I was told they weren't capable (or is it willing) to allow me to simply return and or exchange this unit and either buy or exchange and pay the difference for another. So, reluctantly, I was made to succumb to the same model replacement. Further, I now have to send back some internal part on my own dime??? Really???? I suppose this is a tactic to keep warranty hounds at bay. Due to the machine issues, I would think that Keurig would want the whole machine back to check what happened on the quality front when engineering it. Instead, they are more interested in ensuring I don' t have the ability to use both machines. HA! I'd be lucky if one works. Thanks, Keurig.
