It was a perfect gift for my daughter

Had room for extra
The whole set was perfect for my 8 year old. This is her second season playing. Perfect size. No problems with bag. It even had room for her to bring her water bottle

Bad quality
First, the size we ordered was wrong, 34 not 30. The stick we got was either used or the sticker was adhered in a dirty environment. Diet and lint appears in the sticker. Will return unsatisfied

Perfect fit for small child
Wow. I'm really impressed with this field hockey set. My 5 year old is missing ice hockey so we got this so he could play outside. The shin guards fit him soooo perfectly. They gently curve around the outside of the ankle so provide protection both on the front of the shin and the side of the lower leg. The stick is a wonderful height for his short body. The only thing I don't like about the stick is that it has some sort of clear plastic coating on it. After a few afternoons playing, the bottom and front of the stick are showing a lot of wear and the plastic coating is coming off. But, I can tell this stick still has tons of life left in it. The ball is perfect weight for field hockey. This pairs perfectly with the field hockey youth sized helmet (which is not part of this set).
