Excellent dye free allergy relief
These are larger than the regular dosage pink colored tablets and cost more than if you just used the others, but some people prefer to avoid the coloring and some have to avoid it like myself. This one is great quality I’ve bought it several times.

(SERIOUS WARNING) Benadryl is perfectly fine if used as advertised*... BUT
There is nothing wrong with using Benadryl during allergy season, or as a quick sleep aid when there isn't anything better in the cabinet. My review here does not intend to cast guilt on this company, nor this drug. But awareness must be spread that something called 'medicine' is a drug, and should be treated as such. Not by taking them off the shelves, nor by spreading fear. If taken correctly, there is nothing wrong with Benadryl, and the same goes for everything from the pharmacist. Our bodies are made of chemicals, and any chemical introduced to our system affects the rest. What I want to make abundantly clear however, are the risks of not knowing the affects of medicines. Benadryl, whose active ingredient is diphenhydramine is classified as an antihistamine, but at larger doses, diphenhydramine is a deliriant. When taken at small doses, it makes you sleepy, and relieves some symptoms such as itching. However, if you or whomever is taking this drug is an individual weighing under 130 lbs, and/or under 16, be mindful as to the amount you or they are consuming, and their access to Benadryl, especially younger individuals. *The usual pink Benadryl pill contains 25 milligrams of the active ingredient, diphenhydramine. The extra-strength white pills contain 50 milligrams of diphenhydramine, which is double the usual dose, which is a lot. Taking upwards of 3 of these pills in the course of 6 hours depending on weight, age, diet, and many other factors, in the experience of many people online, people I know, and myself, can induce a state of mind known as delirium. In this state, hallucinations will occur that are very difficult to distinguish from reality. Oddly enough, this mindset also encourages taking more Benadryl even after that. I know, that's silly, but Delirium makes no sense unless you're currently experiencing it. (Look up the effects of taking too much Benadryl online for more details. (also keep in mind that some of these stories are fairytales for clout. But even fictitious stories are inspired by real ones.)) I am not trying to discourage people from using this. Benadryl, like any other medicine/drug is perfectly benign when used correctly. But I have personally known people, including myself, who didn't know the effects of taking more than required in too short of a time, and were put in a state of delirium for up to 6 hours. (making decisions like "should I take some more?" are much easier to make once the effects kick in (even at low doses)) I thankfully was fine, but now that I understand these facts, will take precautions to avoid this situation in the future, and I most certainly will keep any children or curious teens from getting ahold of an entire box. It is irrelevant how innocent you think a kid is. I've been a kid, I smoked weed behind the bleachers while my parents thought I was just there to root for my school's team. They thought I was more innocent than I was, boys will be boys and such. My biggest fear is an older relative thinking that a dye-free allergy relief must be a healthy alternative. The box says no more than 6 in 24 hours, but my great uncle Ron is a hard-head, he isn't taking no advice from a pink box. Then he's out in the shed talking to his high school sweet heart from 60 years ago, trying to get her number. Point is, just be careful. Benadryl has really helped me during allergy season, and it allows me to hit the bed quick when I would really rather stay up late and watch the game. If you have taken it with no problem in the past, you could probably ignore everything said here. This is meant primarily for those like me who take stuff like this like an aspirin, as in "yeah, it's not great to take as many as I have today. But my headache is really killing me, and I'm not taking it like this everyday. Should be fine." Just be weary about any pharmaceutical medication. Their job is to sell medication, not to cure any issue. Cures don't make money, temporary relief does, and it makes a ton of money.

Edema aid
My skin itches all over which my PCP says is from edema. I use this to help a bit with itching. It has the added benefit of drowsiness. It’s hard to sleep when the itching gets bad. Helps me to sleep.
