Are Filters included for both units?

They come with the filters installed. You can remove them for cleaning.

The discription says it removes 99.99% of 0.1 micron particles, but fewer 0.3 micron particles. Arent those larger? Why is this the case?

Is this fairly quiet would like to put it in a nursery
