I've been using this product for a week now and I feel the difference with my health.I really need this to boost my immune system.

Maybe it's too early to judge been taking for only a week. Easy to swallow, and no bad taste. Haven't really noticed any real changes in sleep or otherwise.

I tried it for several days but it caused major stomach cramps so I stopped it.
