Currently taking these supplements and finding them very effective. They help me to sleep continuously throughout the night. And I wake up without feeling groggy or tired. I'm on my fourth week of taking these, although I have missed a couple of days here and there. And when I have forgotten to take them, I've noticed a difference, as I stay awake longer and don't sleep as well or as long So I think this multi magnesium blend is great and is working well for me. I take one or two before bed and have no problems digesting them. Worth the price and I would repurchase.

These are boxed in the blister standard packet format so please beware if you want to bottle them. At 9GBP a pack It's a pretty pricey compared to a standard free prescription in the UK. The pill size is fairly large and the effect is actually noticeable for the gym cycle, although if you're using these to compensate for a medical condition please do have blood tests done properly to verify.

Quite a large oblong tablet that looks like a capsule. It may be a tad too large for some so you may want to snap it in two to assist in swallowing. No real taste to the tablet nor smell. Smooth texture and does not cling to the back of the throat when swallowing. No negative effects noted, but I have not seen any real positive effects to date and I am suffering from fatigue at the moment.

These Vitae MagVita magnesium tablets are supplied in a blister pack in a cardboard box. They are off-white in colour and have no discernible taste or smell. I have not noticed any after-taste or other unwanted side-effects after taking them. The tablets are on the large side, but you could snap them down the middle if you wish. Personally I have no difficulty swallowing them with some water. The tablets contain six salts of magnesium, along with the amino acid taurine and vitamin B6. Magnesium has a range of potential health benefits. It's needed for the growth and maintenance of bones, and also for the proper functioning of nerves, muscles and many other parts of the body. It also has benefits for the stomach and digestive system. The pack contains 20 tablets. The recommended dosage is two or three a day, so if you take two it will last for ten days, if three barely a week. Clearly that isn't very long. In my view they should supply at least 60 per pack, which would keep you going for a month or so. As far as I can judge, in what has inevitably been a brief trial, these are good-quality tablets and they appear to work well. My sleep has improved while taking them, and they have also helped relax my muscles, which can get quite tight around the neck and shoulders especially. If you're looking for a decent-quality magnesium supplement this product could certainly fit the bill, but it's a shame there are only twenty tablets per pack. Four stars from me.

I ordered these tablets because I know already from previous experience that I benefit from a magnesium supplement but wanted to try a tablet with a fixed dosage as opposed to cream. I was not disappointed. On the positive side, the supplement arrived with minimal packaging in a cardboard box and consists of oblong tablets as opposed to, say, capsules. I found them easy to take with a large gulp of water. They have been a stunning success - I felt both calmer and more energized within 30 minutes of taking one tablet twice per day as suggested. The instructions say to take after meals but I had no side effects taking the first before breakfast. In addition to increased energy, my sleep is better and my 'restless legs' syndrome is soothed. There is a 60 tablet box available at less than half the price of this one, for three times as many tablets. I shall be purchasing that one next time. No negatives so far.

Good product but magnesium level too low @80 and to get recommended daily dosage you would have to take 4 - not pleasant when you hate pills! I am sure there is a good reason to keep level low- just something to consider before buying.
