Decent air fryer. Spacious interior and has preset programs for specific use. Love it.

I have made the mistake of purchasing this Black and Decker Air Fryer from Amazon, and I've never been more disappointed with an appliance in my life. From the moment I plugged it in, it was clear that something was seriously wrong. Despite following the instructions meticulously, this air fryer refused to do anything other than occupy valuable counter space. Thinking it might just be a glitch, I attempted to contact Amazon for a refund. However, it was of no use. Despite multiple emails and calls, there was no response from Amazon's customer service team. It's as if my pleas for assistance were falling into a void. Not only did the air fryer fail to work as advertised, but the lack of support from both Black and Decker and Amazon has left me feeling utterly frustrated and ripped off. It's appalling that a company can get away with selling such subpar products and then abandon customers when they encounter issues. To anyone considering purchasing the Black and Decker Air Fryer or any product from this vendor, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

بعد سنتين وثلاث شهور من الاستخدام اقدر اقول عليها ممتازة وتستاهل فلوسها. المميزات: واسعة جدا يمكن الاكبر في فئتها والباسكت بتاعها اكبر من .الفيلبس كمان - سريعة: الوات بتاعها ١٨٠٠ وات وده ممتاز جدا لسرعة التسوية. يعني البانيه مثلا بياخد حوالي ٧ او ٨ دقائق على كل وش. البطلطس النحمرة الفريش لو مليانة جامد بتاخد اكتر شوية من نص ساعة على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ بس بتعتمد طبعا على الكمية اللي فيها وحجم تقطيع البطاطس ودرجة الحرارة اللي انت ظابطها عليها. - سهولة الفك والتركيب والتنضيف. الباسكت الداخلي بيتفك عن الباسكت الخارجي لسعولة التنضيف. العيوب: للاسف، الباسكت الداخلي بيقشر. وعاوز عناية جامدة. يعني يفضل تستخدم ورق زبدة معاها علشان الزيوت متلزقش وتضطر تنضفها بدعك قوي فيقوم مأثر على طبقة التيفال. الباسكت الخارجي بصراحة سليم مقشرش. بس جودة التيفال بتاعت الباسكت الداخلي مش قد كده. يمكن التيفال بتاع الفيلبس افضل منها. وبيتحمل بس بصراحة عيب التقشير ده شفت ناس اشتكت منه في كذا ماركة تانية زي الكينوود مثلا. في المجمل انا مش ندمان علش شرائها وميزة الوسع والسرعة مخلياني متغاضي عن مشكلة التقشير ديه. فلو حد هيشتريها يحاول يتعامل مع الباسكت الداخلي بعناية وميدعكش فيه بليفة خشنة او يحط عليه مواد مذيبة للدهون قوية.
