I can see a clear difference when using this. My memory was getting terrible, just after a few weeks I could see a difference.

This supplement helps with my memory and sharpness. Going to college in my 40’s I needed some brain support and this works great!

I've been struggling with lack of focus, brain fog, and lack of energy for sometime. I wanted to give these a try to see if it could help. After almost a week I do feel I have more focus and less brain fog. Last few days though I have felt like I'm racing a bit and I'll need to see if that is just a temporary thing not related to the supplements or if the supplement is over stimulating. Time will tell but so far I'm happy with the intended results of focus and brain fog. One other thing I noticed is I have more energy and I'm not feeling as tired in the afternoon where in the past I might fall asleep on the couch.

I was watching a very well-known cancer doctor on TV. She said if you are going to spend $ on some of these brain supplements, make sure the supplements have the four ingredients on the label of this product. She Did Not mention this or any product by name. When I did my Amazon homework, this was the only product that I found having all four ingredients at a decent price. I'm not an Albert Einstein - Yet, but here is always time :) (I chose not to mention the names of the ingredients as it is too much typing; however, they are very visible on the front of the label!)

So far so good. I feel less foggy in a week?! The only thing I’ve changed is this supplement.
