Value for money
Bought this as a Christmas gift so cannot comment on long term usage. I tried it out before I gave it away as a gift and it worked well. It looks good and seems to be well constructed and of good quality. I would say that it is as described and arrived promptly.

Great battery life even though the lights stay on all the time.
Very good battery life as I write this the radio has been on for 23 hrs and it’s still going.Sound quality is rich and has good volume easily fills a room, there’s no tone controls but the sound is fairly balanced.mp3 on TF SD card sound good too.Note the TF card is inserted printed side down and don’t try and force it in,it sticks out,see photo. The transformer does hum it’s not loud on my radio but it’s there and noticeable when you turn the radio off I recommend unplugging the AC cord if not using the radio. The radio looks great even in a modern setting,I just love the look of it,it’s well made and worth every penny.Tuning is also good and once locked on a station it stays there. If you’re looking for a large radio that looks good has great battery life plays mp3 on TF card and has Bluetooth,AUX 3 ways to power on ie AC power, rechargeable battery and in case of a power cut D cell batteries I would recommend this radio it’s great. Update on battery life after 38 hours on the rechargeable batteries I decided to recharge them none the less a good battery life IMHO.

Nice Authentic 50s radio
A very nice authentic radio with Bluetooth and mp3 capability. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately it doesn't work using the mains lead but works fine on battries which I have got 2 spare which I purchased separately. My main use is to play music via the usb. I have lots of 50s & 60s music on a usb and it works perfectly and sounds excellent. I haven't tried the sd slot yet so cant comment on that. The radio is very good on fm and also picks up a lot of stations on shortwave too. The medium wave picks up strong local stations and sounds good but don't expect to get many weak stations. All in all its a very nice radio and easy to use and works very well for the purpose I purchased it for.

The perfect blend of modern tech and nostalgic retro looks.
I love this radio! It picks up radio stations cleat and us easy to tune. Having the SW is a big bonus. It reads all the memory sticks I've tried. It starts playing as soon as the stick is inserted. I've not tried a memory card yet but don't anticipate any problems. The Bluetooth is perfect. It connect with no issues at all. I'm currently streaming radio channels through my alexa to it. I found a 1940s radio station and the combination of the retro look radio and the 1940s music is so atmospheric. The gentle and warm glow from the raido's tuning bar is just like the ones I remember from my childhood. Do I recommend this radio? Absolutely! It's the perfect blend of nostalgia and modern tech.

A Pleasant Bedside Radio with a Very Good Sound.
I was actually very pleased with this Prunus Vintage look Radio. And I was even more surprised by the deep sound, being that I had often ordered Radios on Amazon that turned out with a tinny cheap sound. Not this one. I wasn't quite sure what the two rechargable batteries were for. I don't think I needed them so I removed them. And I wasn't too keen to learn that those two rechargable batteries might take 4 to5 hours to recharge. I'm happy to just use 2 big normal Duracell batteries. And when they run out I'll revert to the electrical wire lead. But I did notice that when using the electric lead to power the Radio, you'll hear a constant buzzing sound after turning the Radio off. But I got around this problem by using a spare Radio electrical lead that had an on and off hand switch on that spare lead, cutting out the buzzing sound when you switch it off. So yes I am very pleased with this vintage look Radio. Even the FM frequency is clearer than my previous bedside Radio.

Like it would recommend product
Happy with item - a great look with modern tech. Comes with 240V 3 pin Uk for charging as well a 5VDC usb connector tho it is quite short. Sound goes loud enough for my needs and tuning quality is good on FM and reception is stable without the need to tweak the dial. Good retro radio in my view glad I purchased it. And also a reasonable price.
