Can this tool remove wall tiles from plaster board?

Ive not tried that but it does have a tile removal tool flat silver tool attachment

Is this tool effective in removing bricks with mortar from concrete foundations?

I used the tool to cut out holes for electric socket boxes it did not come with the blades for masonry so ordered them off Amazon two different types of blades but I found none of them lasted very long l used them on breeze block and brick the tool it's self was very very noisy and vibrated a lot I also noted oil or something coming from the head of the tool while in use I eventually finished the job but not after going through a lot of blades great on wood or mortar. In the end I used my angle grinder with diamond tip cut like butter. Hope it helps.

How long is the cord I need to use it on outdoor shed?

As far as I can remember it's only about 1 mtr long the cable
